Just make sure you don't tell Castle. He'll just call you a liar and say you made all that up.

Or that it wasn't placed into an excel spreadsheet, therefore it's not true.

i14 1 to 50 in less than an hour.
Right now, 1 to 50 in 3 hours.

PvP IOs trading for such high value are a symptom of rampant inflation and not only high demand and low supply.
I can haz 1-50 in 3 hours?

They should simply give you "PvP merits" for killing Player enemies (with a time check in account to limit farming; keyword limit.)

Then you can cash them in at the "PvP Vendor" located at the entrance to whatever zone you are in respectfully. Much like how you cash in for prizes in Siren's Call.

During teaming points would be shared, as an Emp would otherwise have no chance of getting points, but they are designed to team and I wouldn't see them soloing anyway.

Hell, even limiting merits to killing an individual player once a day and getting merits wouldn't be bad. Say you got one Merit per kill, and needed 200 merits to cash in, but you can't kill the same person more then once in a day, it would still take a decent time to earn a PvP IO, **** even if it cost 100 it would take a good bit for an average person. Simply because of the lack of diversity in zone. Of course the system could be messed with to limit the killing to "per account", but in concept, I rather have it like that then some ******** drop rate that I bet Castle thought of all his own. He should be assigned to running a Dr.Q TF everyday and stay out of PvP...

A PvP merit system should only be implemented on top of the existing drop system, otherwise it would require you to spend all your time PvPing in zone, and lol zone rules.

what if pvp recipes dropped for every win in the arena but it was tied to some kind of voting system, observers get to decide, and the more observers the better the drop.. so if you dual box or try to farm with friends you get the same garbage but if you can get like 10+ to "buy tickets" to watch you get something nice. then, i dunno, limit it to one a day or something.

maybe they could make a system message popup over /ac whenever a match was starting, kinda like a commercial for a boxing match, so that potential observers could watch without having prepared to attend in advance using /arenalist.
