Not the toon, but the name.
I use Calash in every game I play, and on most forums. In WoW he was a Gnome Rogue. In Jumpgate a Quantar Miner. Horizons has him a young dragon.
I do tend to play my main the same. Primarily a Solo player who does enjoy good groups just as much as spending time gathering resources. I would spend hours mining in Jumpgate, hitting some of the disputed asteroid belts.
Haven't made the character yet, but I've put together a costume for Tharlennis, my Morrowind character.
Wait? There are other games?
Dante Santiago was my main in Lords of Chaos.
He was my main in Advanced Hero Quest.
He was my main in Ultima Online.
And now he's one of my 50s here.
So yeah. Definitely.

My main character back in my EQ days was a Barbarian shaman named Jalia McMarrin. I've recreated her as a defender in CoH.

Larissa was orginally a Feng Shui character. Lillith was from WoD/Cthulhu mix we called House Gaming. There are a few others but those two are the ones I've played outside of COH the most.
Aggelakis started out as a character in an online text game I played years ago. I have since created Aggelakis in every game I've played, online, offline, single or multiplayer.
If you see "Aggelakis" or "Agkelas" in any game, chances are pretty high that it's me!

Mystik Paladin, my sword scrapper, was originally an SWG Jedi toon named Arithon Kerson.
Mellissandria, my sonic/psionic defender, started out in a FASA Dr. Who Rp, and has popped up in a couple of MU**s, as well as in Gaia and Cabbit Patch forum RPs. She's been in SWG as an entertainer, in WoW as a rogue, and in LOTRO as a minstrel.
The third one is Dana/Daina Starchild. Basically, she's a spunky fighter. Originally, she was in a MUX, then moved to AdventureQuest, and from there, made the hop to SWG, where she was a creature handler, and later a bounty hunter chick. On WoW, she was a dwarf hunter named Daina. In CoH, she's briefly made two appearances, first as Sailor Starchild (scrapper) and then as Eagle Feather (blaster archer)..eventually, I realized I needed to wait for Dual Pistols, then she'll make her reapperance..(better go claim her name now!)

Yao Xu was originally used in a forum-based Romance of the Three Kingdoms RP. Though he and the Bronze Skull have been moved up to modern times for CoX.
Kumo has been my FPS handle for over a decade and I did model Jason after myself somewhat.
Logan Tworiver was originally a Forgotton Realms character.
I belive all the rest are CoX originals though.
Except for Syphys Edj, a character I designed sometime in 1994 (at least that's my oldest drawing).

The original Wildfire was a tech-fascinated/savant pyrokinetic commune girl in Dark Conspiracy. She gets ported around in some fashion to everywhere from Shadowrun to CoH, there's a fire/arcane mage on some long forgotten WoW server of her....
If i can i will always try to remake a char i like. It's sad how alot of games actually don't let me make anything similar to how Sapphic Neko or any of my favorite chars look.
But even if they look diffrent they tend to be same in my head.
I even have Sapphic Shepard in Mass Effect Just wish there was a mod to add kitty ears!
EnnVee started in D&D and then came here. She even holds the same powers for the most part as an Emp/Psy Def.
As for any other on line games. . . . I have never found one that interested me enough to try it. CoH/CoV seems to be my passion in the MMORPG world !
I've been using "Bengrim" or "Bengrim The Bold" in games for years.
He started out as my Wolf Lord for my Warhammer 40K Space Wolves army. He wore Terminator Armor and wielded a Frost Axe called Ragnarok and a Strom Bolter.
Then I stared to use the name in everything. Bengrim was everything from the Hero of Time to a Pokemon Trainer.
Unfortunitely, Bengrim has never really gotten anywhere in CoH. He started as Bengrim, a Invuln/Axe Tank then became Bengrim The Bold, a WP/Axe tank. He is currently waiting for GR so he can be a heroic Brute because Brute fits his character better than Tank does.
He was also a Dwarf Warrior in my short time with Warhammer Online.
The only other characters that have existed in another game are Lord Darek (Dark/Dark Corr) and Korgoth the Dragon (Fire/Shield Brute) who were my brothers Chaos Lord and Demon Prince in his 40K Chaos army.

Ballistic-Gal (my lvl 50 mm) was originally a character from "the Keys of Maromon" (a game so old that it took three large floppy disks ta load it )
Timber pixie (my lvl 100 bartender ) was from Ultima Online (*best game ever, till they ruined it *)
Febe pixie (my lvl 100 bartender ) was from Anarchy Online (*great game, but out-dated*)
and Tartyrsause (my lvl 50 controller) used ta be a D&D character (*D&D second edition, when it was fun ta play and they knew how ta make real books for it *)
... anyone have any toons that youve liked so much that you have moved them from some other game, on over to City of Heros/Villians???
