Midlevel Crisis stuff

Given that I'm West Coast and have some errands to run after work, I'm not going to be home by 4 PM. Sorry about that, you guys have fun!

I got a level, a badge, a pocket witch, but no donut.

I'm thinking we may try Katie again on Monday if we can get enough people together. Also, several people are looking to do a respec trial.

By the way, sorry I've been inactive on MLC lately. I just started grad school. And I'm weak and stupid.

MLC - Redside Update

In the absence of any direction on my prior post, and confronted with full
salvage racks, I made a proactive/executive/flunky decision to keep no
more than 5 of any specific salvage item.

After re-sorting, the following "excess" items were liquidated (listed for 11
on BM and sold ... vendored if they didn't sell after 5-10 mins).

1 Boresight, 1 Brass, 1 Circuit Board, 1 Clockwork Winder, 3 Human Blood
Samples, and 3 Improvised Cybernetics.

Net Proceeds (after fees) were: 13,332

This is "group" influence that:

A> Could be converted to Prestige
B> Kept in escrow for players that need some cash (I'm more than willing
to track this amount going forward as it grows)
C> ??? Whatever the group wants to do with it.

With that in mind, I'd advocate the following ideas.

A> If you're adding salvage to the racks, keep/sell it if we already have 5
of that particular item. If you'd rather not deal with it, chuck it in the racks
and I'll take care of it at the next sorting trip, and tally it here.

B> If it's rare (orange) keep it in your Vault. I'd prefer to avoid the "responsibility"
of managing million inf salvage (other than my own)

C> If you need some salvage to craft - grab it... That's the point of having it.

D> We could use a few more salvage racks - I'd volunteer to manage
them, if you like, but currently, I don't have the "power" to add any.


Finally, I'm only doing this is on red-side currently - If folks want the salvage
kept organized on blue-side, let me know...

The reason I'm doing this in the first place is my OCD pings red when I
have to look in *every* rack to find 1 piece of specific salvage to craft
something - so, for me, organizing it is easier than obsessing over it.

Okay just finished a relatively smooth TV Respec Trial (L30) tonight.

We had one small "hiccup" with a complete mapserv that reset the final reactor mission (we all thought each of us had mapserved individually, thus boning the group).

Otherwise the run went almost flawlessly. 4 Fire/Rads and we just cut them apart.



And someone's going to call me on being 3 days and no sleep and STILL not going to bed after saying I would. Drugs haven't kicked in ye....

Should be some more prestige avaiable in the redside vg

We've had a few successful runs blue sides on TFs and I'd like to see if there is anything of intrest, red side. Cap Au SF? Treespec? Any specific day or time? We seem to have a range of players in various time zones. It would be great if we could accomadate as many people interested as possible.

I could do a redside TF tomorrow during the day (Eastern Zone) at some point- finish before 5 PM maybe?

<sigh> I, unfortunately, have an appointment with Chuck E. Cheese's and won't be home until about 2 pm PST.

Has this project died?

It's not dead Tid. It's just slowing down right now because of the DP beta.

New shiny always detracts from this sort of thing.

I haven't been on as much due to work but when I'm on I see some people all over the place.

I was hoping that the SG would run more "merit" producing content like TFs and Flashback but that doesn't seem to be happening very much, at least when I'm on. I have 2 toons, a blaster and a PB built for Stealth Posi runs available, one in the SG and one unaffiliated.

Question is what's the plan going forward? Are we transferring toons to differant servers? New builds?

Yeah, I started hanging out on test and a new blaster of Justice. I'll be back soon. We can level up dual pistol characters and sell as we go!

I still spin my toons on here.

Now that they're at the level caps I intended for them, I don't play them as
often, but when I do, I play with with the mindset of getting merits and AE tickets
for generating craftable/sellable drops.

Also, I'm in AZ (MST) and on late even there, so there's rarely anyone on
during my typical on-time for these toons. I also naturally tend towards
solo play anyway, but these are two exceptions assuming there's anything
going on in-group during my normal play times.

I am still plugging away at both red and blue side.

Mr. BTU: Level 30 fire/fire blaster

I have not been playing him that much last week, but I still crank out a health supply of enhancements with this guy. (on the average with this guy 22 merits in roughly 45 minutes)

Random Goon: Level 30 EM/SR stalker

Been making sure to play him throughout the week (as he just got to his lcoked level this past week). I have several recipes that i still need to list!

Not to be forgotten:

Zero Decay: Level 40ish Fire/rad troller

Been joining some of the MLC people on Mondays for the Fire/rad stuff. Totally fun!

As far as I can tell, the "Project" is still alive and well
