I'm confused. In the first match, why wouldn't you go for the Dom? A MM sitting in BG mode or a Dom with no escape. (Phase, PFF, Hibernate). You even said they killed the MM a few times too. So it wasn't like they ignored him the entire match. That just sounds like smart playing.
Second match, he was on a 37, you were on a 41. He lost and got a higher level toon. (Considering he was at a disadvantage to both you and the MM) You keep saying it was "Good fun/goofing around" but completely ignored the brute and gunned for him. I think you mentioned in the first match the two of them killed both the MM and the Dom. I'd switch to a better toon too if that was the case. Yeah mid match kind of sucks but that is about the only thing you could fault him for.
Next time when you are a lower level. 41 versus 50, you lose but its not in good fun because this time he has a higher level char than you.
So you get a level 50 to match his level 50. And lose. But its the builds fault. The guy ends it on what I see as a positive note. "Sounds good have fun" Seriously? You're complaining about what again?
You won some and lost some. When you won it was in good fun and because you had great tactics, but every down note it was something else's fault other than your own. Levels, Slotting, Builds, etc etc. I believe you sir may just be the baddo.

Yes you win and lose but being a baddo among friends, VG mates and future PvP teammates just because you lost is stupid and sends out a poor message.
It's unfortunate if you think that I'm the baddo. I leveled these guys, had some fun matches, won/lost and was cool about it all and no QQ quit outs. It's just unfortunate because it would have been cool to have all 5 of us make a good team and PvP more but one bad attitude can wreck it.

1. baddo is a measure of skill, not attitude, stop misusing the term, noub.
2. if someone's attitude is actually affecting how much fun you have in this game, maybe you should reconsider pvping in this game at all. this is a game, if you're actually getting emotional over anything that happens here, you should consider seeking professional help. say this outloud and see how it sounds: "i am angry because some dude i don't know typed something mean about how i play a video game (i play city of heroes, a small mmorpg, like World of Warcraft but about a tenth the size) and it showed up on my screen."
anyways check out those pvp games where inter-faction talk is not allowed, maybe you'll find your fit there.

Everyone has their own reason for being a d!ck in PvP. Recently, some dude was going on and on with the usual zone smack talk which I normally ignore. I got tired of his LOL macros on some 2-3V1 action, spoke up and why did I do that? I know some people think it's their IRL job to piss everyone else off, but I'm sure like most of you, seems to be too much real world going on to get upset at a video game. It's your money, but...this:

Seriously, most non-pvpers i have spoken to say the main reason they do not pvp is due to trash talk...just have fun and stop running your damn mouths all day. Of course we all have our occasional scuffles but there are people that trash talk 100% of the time to 100% of the people. Give it up.
Considering it's a minority of PvPers who actually engage in regular trash-talk, someone has three options:
1. Put the worst offenders on ignore
2. Turn off enemy chat for the duration of their play period
3. Ignore the alternatives, and come whining on the forums

Most non-pvpers play the game BECUASE it is PvE Centric, not PvP centric or even balanced with PvP in mind. Many PvE'rs, when asked, will say they don't pvp cuz of "trash talk". In actuality the truth is that many simply just don't want to PvP. Period. They use trash talk as an excuse.
Honestly, that false perception proves to be something that greatly annoys me often.

Go ahead take PvP seriously and do your best to win every encounter but stop being spoil sports. The PvP population is slim enough and we can’t afford to lose anymore potential or current players.

Moral of the story...
Being a baddo does nothing except add more negativity that players have towards PvP, makes you look stupid and does not help to encourage more people to participate which untimately hurts you in the long run. Less players = less fun PvP.
Side note...
Thank you to whomever approved of this PvP system that has driven away players and created even greater disparities and balance issues within and outside of all archetypes.
PvP is bad because the Developers and some players have treated it bad. If the Developers reinvest and more players cut back on the "baddo" you will eventually see a healthier population.
