@Pyro, Confucius say if desk is too small for dual (or triple) monitor goodness then get a bigger desk... ok that's not a direct quote but you get the idea.

Nope better than that. Something anyone on this forum would really appreciate regardless of if they even know what Firefly is.

Although I think that it's pretty awesome (the firefly music) on my rig I don't presume to makeover other peoples machines to apeal to my tastes.

I either add touches that are unique to recipients taste or leave the defaults for them to set up as they wish. In short no windows sounds were changed (harmed?) in the making of this machine.

Having just said the above, I did pick you out a desktop pic... it's not the 39 sec surprise I am referring to above but another "separate" surprise I think you will love too.

Didn't think setting a desktop pic for you was going to far as
1. it takes two seconds to change your desktop image to something else
2. I have a feeling you would want to see this.
3. I think it is very suited to your taste... and it's totally unique (meaning since it was custom done by me I know no one else's computer has anything like it ).
4. The desktop is just a pic of the, lets call it "the item" and if/when you change the pic "the item" will still remain. The pic is just to showcase it.

Where was I going with this... oh yeah it's not firefly music but it's a surprise that comes right after the other surprise which comes after the initial surprise when you first take it out of the box which is before the... ummm you'll see/hear/experience what I mean soon enough. lol

Yeah can't say too much more as I am getting way ahead of myself (and you for that matter lol) in the "surprises" department already but glad to see I cleared that confusion right up... Ahem.

Remeber they are shipping record amounts of stuff this year and things can come at odd hours.
I had a box of parts I was expecting at noon show up at 7:45pm long after I assumed it wasn't coming.
Granted it was UPS and I'm not sure of the delivery times for the USPS but I still hope you receive it today.

Besides if you don't I probably owe your mom five bucks or something... {>. >}
she had emailed me some computer questions and I mentioned in the reply that I was shipping your pc out
and she said you wouldn't receive it before Christmas... and I was like yeah-hunh and she was all like nuh-unh
and so I busted out the Kung-Fu and... and...
ok it didn't go down quite like that... but still I'm hoping you get your custom pc and stuffz.

I is getting uber jealous, and realizing buying a gaming laptop was a stupid waste of my money. Should've just ought a netbook and external hard drive and saved the rest of my money for a nice powerhouse. Time to start saving up so the next thread can be about my machine.

YES! Awesome buddy, I'm happy you got it in time for the holidays. All that extra effort now feels worth it.

Plus now your mother owes me $5 heh.

(internal and external) you can call that guy back and tell him you now measure storage in TERABYTES cuz that's how you roll...


...measuring storage in gigabytes is so 5 minutes ago.

Awwwww yay for Pyro! And don't feel too bad about your old system... it did the trick for a while. Of course now it can go in the lake next to mine... when I actually get up the balls to throw mine in the lake... it's gonna happen, just wait!

When you're done overdosing on awesome computery goodness, be sure to tell us all the nifty surprises in big bold and caps and extra fun stuff to showcase how high you are on electronics!
