Evil Twin.

Statesman obviously had a twin brother. Like Elvis. Except, in that world, the man who would be our Statesmen died!

*rampant speculation*

He's focusing on the twin statement, suggesting that Statesman and Tyrant are brothers from the same mother from the same dimension, instead of having been born in separate dimensions.

Do you mean that they are actual "twins" meaning they shared a simultaneous womb and were somehow separated at birth? No, they weren't. They are both Marcus Cole from different dimensions. One decided to become a hero and the other decided to rule the world as an Emperor.

Never argue with stupid people. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I think they said evil twin, but they really meant evil counterpart, just as Anti-Matter is Positron's evil counterpart. Tyrant's identity is already pretty well-established in the existing continuity.

Actually, I'm suggesting that in our world, the one who lived (we'll call him "A") became Statesman while "B" died at birth. In Praetoria, "A" died and "B" survived. They are... uh.... twins! I tell you, there's some Marcus' running around here somewhere!

Impy brings up another point completely: Why in the hell does Imperious look like Marcus' twin?! He's like 300 generations removed! XD

Back to the point: At some point, there will be deformed twins wanting revenge! IT CAN HAPPEN!

So, why dose Tyrant have energy powers instead of super strenght like Statesman? : P

Twins can look/act/have mutant abilities that are different from one another. Duh.

We =should= be focusing on the "evil" part, for the so-called Loyalists' sake.

They all laughed at me when I said I wanted to be a comedian.
But I showed them, and nobody's laughing at me now!

Yes, we should.
But really, is Statesman all *that* evil? I thought he was just sort of a cranky old jerk.

Statesman's hard-line, no breaking the rules attitude always gets him into to trouble, but is also his greatest strength. The primary reason that Tyrant is, in all honesty, so much weaker than States is because he murders his opponents whenever he can.*

Statesman is not evil, just ungodly (rather, godly) powerful and has a vision.

*This is just like Superman vs. Ultraman in Infinite Crisis.

@craggy see me on Union for TFs, SFs (please!) or just some good ol fashioned teaming.

He does. Let's recap:

Almost died from mustard gas.
Watched his best friend (and brother-in-law) fight for him and then abandon him.
Watched one of closest friends, Devin Wilcox, get thrown into a hellish series of dimensions (didnt WATCH per say, but you get it)
Watched his wife die.
Watched Stefan become Recluse.
Created 90% of villains, with Stefan.
Watched heroes following him in Russia get incinerated in a nuclear blast.
Saw Devin come back and be like "lol back now **** you, old man."

And he hasnt aged a day and the only person he can relate to is a psychic with a serious obsession with short, red archers.

It's "twin" as in "dimensional analogue."

As in, "Most people are too dumb to get what 'dimensional analogue' references."

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. I'd still call Recluse more evil than Emperor Cole

Recluse throws everyone to the wolves and expects the strongest to be of some use to him

Emperor Cole kills a few people to ensure that the majority can have peaceful, fulfilling lives

The chances of Recluse killing you through circumstances is much higher

There is no such thing as an "innocent bystander"

Dude, they are not twins. If they were Statseman or someone would have said something. lol Tyrant is the MIRROR version of Statseman. Same person, just evil and from another time line. Like in Justice League.
