Awww Come On! Leave my Vet Pet Alone.

I don't know why, but I will start attacking a mob and even if I damage all of them or the tank has taunted everything, they always go for my vet pet. It doesn't matter if I'm blue side or red side. It's like my little pet is flying around with a big target on its back. Doesn't matter if I have a red drone or a blue wisp. Can't they give them a little bit of a chance?

Does anyone know if these little guys are going to get some kind of stealth added to their ability at some point? It's nice that they take away the aggro from me for a little second or two, but still.....

They are what they are, and I doubt they'll be improved/buffed anytime soon, as the devs don't want to provide vets with overly powerful advantages. I sympathize with you, however. I hardly summon my vet pet, since it is invariably killed in extremely short order.

One thing I can point out is that the 48-month vet pets are buffable. So, if you're on a team, ask the buffers to buff up your pet. Whenever I'm playing my support toons, I always make a point to buff any vet pets I see out.

Q. Just wondering Posi, where are the new dance emotes we were told would come with GR?

I've noticed recently that my vet pet get attacked less. This started around when I16 was released.

I'm of the Scrapper camp that says you never need more than 1. Anything else is just being ostentatious.

Hey, Self Destruct works at 0 health if you hit it at 1, so why even bother with 1 for long?

Roll an FF Defender and you can bubble your poor pet! Works for me!

My Cold Defender loves her little flying Ice Crucifix.

The +def adds a decent chunk of survivability.

I am always flabbergasted that those guys can still FLY given the 4-5 inches of ice hanging off of them. It does seem to help, though.

But if I had to pay for each of those drones that do get zonked, I would be broke.

"How do you know you are on the side of good?" a Paragon citizen asked him. "How can we even know what is 'good'?"

"The Most High has spoken, even with His own blood," Melancton replied. "Surely we know."

They seem to have a huge Taunt Aura on them that says "Hey, look at me!!! You're mother is ugly!! Bet you can't hit me!!!"

"every defender needs to fight. I don't care if you have to use BRAWL!"

Nothing's more fun, than to summon one in front of a mob before they see you

It works. Grant Invis gives enough +stealth to make the recipient unseeable at any distance by any enemy that has standard perception. A single weaker stealth power, like Steamy Mist, only lets you get 10'-20' away before the enemy notices you.

Your pet still dies a-plenty by getting caught in cones and other AoEs. Don't worry.

Sweet! Anything that helps is appreciated. I did find that group invs from Illusion did extend to my wisp, but as you said, Cone and AoE does knock it out fast still.
