At a guess I'd go with the latter, a big outdoor map packed with mainly S/L mobs.

It sounds like something that needed to be petitioned but I didn't really know anything about it.

How to erase debt: Play the game doing something other than standing around ******** about debt for up to five minutes.
Give them a 1.1 million debt cap back, THEN they can complain about debt.

CE stands for constipation enhancements. It's various drug and food combinations that enable you to sit at the keyboard longer.
