So far, every mayhem and safeguard mission I've done (with elevators) has resulted in MOBs getting stuck on one side, or the other, of elevators. You can see their shadows in the corners, and can only damage them through AoE or by use of pets.
Sorry if this has already been posted, but I did a quick search and didn't see anything about it. -

Seems my issues were related to Hero Stats. After updating it, everything is running smoothly once again. My wife just checked with her old version of HS and it still freezes up.

I'm using a Nvidia 9800 GT, and have tried the last 4 drivers, and have tried several different settings.
Since yesterday's publish, when I have CoX running, I can't Alt+Tab to anything without causing severe lock-ups. I normally run anywhere from 4-6 other programs when not playing, with absolutely no problems, and no more than 3 when CoX is running. -

AFAIK you can only turn off Auto Power displays. As mentioned, though, Hero Stats is a good way to keep track.

My wife and I have a couple duo's that are kb oriented. They're a lot of fun to play and we find ourselves laughing through most missions.
We duo'd Posi's TF twice with our sonic/storm and sonic/rad Defenders, prior to hitting lvl 20.
Our other duo: an energy/rad Corruptor and merc/storm MM. Bots may have been better for overall kb, but the mercs get a little bit, too, so it's still fun. Especially when we can jam a boss into a corner and keep his head planted in the wall. It's hilarious to see them dangling. -
I have a newly created dark/dark defender, and SF shows on all nearby players. I have ultra mode on, with particle count turned down to just under 10k. I haven't changed the colors of the powers, though.
My wife has a dark/dark that has customized powers, and the "smoke" doesn't appear on anyone else.
So if you have used the power customization, this could be why it's not showing up.
***Edit: I just checked an old dark MM (forgot I even had him). No graphic for other players. -
If you're talking about the slow resistance, it's always on. I have it slotted in super speed on one of my characters, and it shows in combat attributes, under Debuff Resistance/Recharge Time Resistance, whether ss is toggled on or off.

Been having fun playing through the new Praetorian arcs. Actually played all the way through the Resistance Crusader arc, destroying anything and anyone that gets in the way, and thinking "Yeah, this is pretty villainous stuff." Only to realize that, according to Primal Earth "morals" I was working towards hero.
I can imagine a former Crusader-turned-Primal Earth hero going to do a safeguard mission and carrying in a nuclear bomb. "Okay, so-and-so, the bank is surrounded. Surrender now and I won't have to blow half the city to hell." -

My wife and I have just returned to CoX, after being away for a year. We play on several servers, but have decided to stick mainly to Justice server.
We are looking for both a SG and VG. We both have level 50 heroes, and numerous lower level heroes. Our only villains (fresh out of Praetoria) are level 21's, that are in a level pact.

As long as I can remember, until last month, maintenance was on Tuesday and Thursday, with Tuesday being a normal day for patches/updates. It stands to reason that, after the past few weeks, that patch/update days are still Tuesdays.
Looking at the post times of the notifications in the Announcements, they've given us at least 12 hours notice of Tuesdays patches. Sure, the date of yesterday's was incorrect, and the times skewed on last weeks. It happens. They're people, not bots. -
In CoX we're all minions no matter how good our powersets are. We may be able to solo AV's/Heroes with certain AT's, but we'll always Con as minions.

I had made a post on this a couple of years ago, on the old forums, but it seems to have been removed. It used to happen to me a lot. Pretty much the same things that Nurvus describes: Random thumbtacks appearing on the map, map changing to city view, powers cueing, and leaving the team. It's happened a couple of times in the last week, as well. Although it's not nearly as bad as it used to be, it's still annoying.
I control nearly all of my characters forward and turning movements with my mouse, so my right button is depressed the majority of the time when not on auto.
I don't believe it's being caused by a worn out mouse. It's done it with 3 different mice (mouses..rats..). -
My wife had zooming issues a few weeks ago. The only thing that fixed it, other than buying a new mouse, was to uninstall the driver that came with the mouse and used the Windows default mouse driver. Works perfectly now.
