If you feel so strongly about it, report the offending threads to the mods and let them decide if it's worth the trouble of moving them. Sorry man, but otherwise it's just you deciding what goes where according to your own standards, and that's not particularly compelling. Sections of the forums will occasionally overlap, that's all there is to it.
I agree with Damz though, the General area has been more interesting in the past few days than it has been in weeks. Thank you, Loyalists and Resistance, for providing some entertainment, at least until you all see where the true freedom can be found.

Like I said, half-serious, so half serious, half not. To be specific, I enjoy reading other people's perspectives, but not trying to start a flame war. So feel free to debate, just don't get wrapped around the axle I'm open to other perspectives.

The General Discussions forum is for general discussions. Not difficult to understand, and it has contained "what if they did this" kind of discussions since day 1, so nothing's changed lately.
I think threads that are clearly in the wrong forum would be moved by the mods. But stating that you're a Praetorian Loyalist is not clearly roleplay. Maybe you can interpret it that way, or you can interpret it as just harmless fun.

The examples of threads listed as better candidates for the Player Questions boards have a proper place in "For Fun!" My understanding is there is a difference between questions soliciting assistance and those generating speculative conversation.
As far as the matter of Loyalist/Seperatist/Anarchist declarations in Generalized sections, the threads I've seen hold casual charm unlike Ex Libris' Star Strider Registry.
