Are the mods trying to tell us something?

Is it just my imagination, or did the board rules appear as an announcement yesterday, and become HUGE AND ORANGE today?

It's almost like they are gonna start crackin down on people who abuse others?

I was thinking maybe they were getting ready to shovel all this Praetorian RP stuff over to Roleplaying or Forum Games, but maybe.

Is it roleplaying really though?

I would think it were RolePlaying if we were "in character". Right now, we're just acting zany and finding creative outlets to show our love for GR. None of us is anything more than who are really with a hyperbolized love for whichever faction we want to play.

That being said, I'd love for a GR forum to form and stay, in order to hold the information until it was properly integrated into the game.

Or, since it's a paid expansion... never integrate it, as the conversations won't appeal to everyone.

Well, I hope it is, otherwise you guys are all delusional.

That said, I'd like it to get its own board area too, not just because it's kinda cluttering up my City Life page, but also because I think it'd be easier for those who choose to partake.

*controversial statement!*

Yes, by joining the Resistance, Niv has proven that the mods hate the Loyalists!

I <3 roleplaying on the forums!
I can be a selfish snobbish ***** on the forums, and turn around and bake 400 cookies for my moms church group 5 seconds later
Or is that a split personaility?
I dunno. But some of the people here have me pegged as someone I am not
Sucks for them? !!!

You sure about that ?

So... TheOcho is throwing in with the Loyalists, then?

EDIT: Which of the mods wants to be friends with the computer? I mean, the computer is obviously friends with all of you, but the computer is not hurt if you do not love it back (though the blackmail files seem to keep opening up at random. Funny, that).

@Morac | Twitter
Trust the computer. The computer knows all.

Somewhere I imagine the mods sitting in the coffee break area laughing their butts off and joking with each other about what the best way to mess with people on the boards THIS week would be.

They like pie?

Loyalists like cookies. The Resistance supports pie. The cake is STILL a lie, probably started by Cole.

Well, I dunno, I don't get all the excitement. I never cared all that much for Ghost Rider. I mean, he's okay, I guess, for a guy with a flaming skull. Werewolf By Night was much better - but think how much better even that could have been if Jack Russell had been bitten by a wereterrier.

Well. That, or a werepie.

Yeah thats the way i've been taking it too. A little light humour for which for the first time EVER the entire Co* english speaking playerbase can join in and band together as a loyalist. Anyone who defies us are just delaying their "gone rogue" status

If the Resistance wins the cake will no longer be a lie. Join the Resistance today!

Probably because they got reminded enough times that the rules used to be pinned in every section before the conversion, but were only in Announcements after. They got around to propagating the announcement and then maybe decided to get fancy about the coloration.

I think that it is more related to the changes that were included in this most recent iteration of the forum rules, specifically those relating to Negative Reputation.

By putting it at the top of every forum page after the change it removes the "Well, I couldn't find where the rules are posted" argument in case a need for such moderation arises.

Also, I LIKE having it at the top of each forum and would prefer it be stickied in every forum, but this will work. There are times I do go back and look at the rules and their wording.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
