I keep losing my mouse cursor...
I have the same trouble myself sometimes. I really wish we had an option to change the mouse cursor size.
I believe if you go into your control panel for your mouse, there's an option you can flip on that will put a ring around your cursor when you hold Ctrl down. That's the best I got for ya =/

I've had that problem too, although the ponter ususally vanishes around the edges. Sometimes I have to wiggle it a little and wait for a menu item in the Nav bar to highlight to find it. I've got dual monitors: One 20" and a 22", with the game on the larger one.

Add my name to the list of those that would love a feature to make the cursor bigger or change color. I "lose" the darned thing all the time. I've gotten killed more than a few times due to this. (The worst part is if I hurt the team because of it)
I actually switched to windowed mode so I could quickly pull the cursor all the way to the bottom of the screen and find it faster in those situations.
Maybe a command to really emphasize it? Like a horizontal and vertical line intersecting where the cursor is while the command is active {i.e. key is pressed}?

Yes, but again, CoH's client overrides that. Besides, when fireworks are going off, a small flash around the cursor might not help much.

Nowhere near sufficient. We already have tremendous ability to customize the size/scale of the UI elements and the chat fonts. The mouse cursor is just as important, but totally neglected.

*pun not regretted
I wasn't even considering what the lines might look like. I meant that a method that has to be specifically activated when you lose track of the mouse just isn't good enough. We need to be able to increase the cursor size.

Well, as long as I can turn it on and off on the fly. Having a big honking eye-catching cursor on {whatever the method may be} all the time might get annoying fast.

NOT BIGGER! *shudders from the nightmares*
They would have to mess with the hand's icon.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
I don't think anyone was suggesting they make it bigger. We want OPTIONS, like in Windows. Make it as big or as small as YOU want.

try running in windowed mode, this is what i have to do and your problem sounds exactly like what i have to do when im in full screen mode

Options to change the cursor would be nice.

I have that problem too, but my most irritating problem is that the blue hand is 3/4 inch to the upper left of the normal cursor.
In other words, when I'm managing enhancements, I have to put the blue hand above and to the left of the enh to be able to grab it. I have only once made a mistake, throwing an acc where I wanted a dam. No big deal, but I'm not capping the damage until I remove it.

Definately a problem for me as well. I hereby motion to dedicate the month of October 'Cursor awareness month'.
i went into windows and gave my mouse the display pointer trail and that gives me a much better veiw of my pointer. i am currently playing a PB and the powers in my tray were the same color as my pointer, but since i added the pointer trail i dont lose it anymore.and coh didnt over ride it either.
Latest ATI drivers? Really? Anytime I update I get all sorts of problems that make the enhancement screen mouse issue seem a lot less important... mostly related to lag and mostly involving other games but enough to make me not want to update.
I wish they'd eliminate the hand on the enhancement screen. Sometimes it is a simple arrow and it works so much better. I just haven't figured out how to make it be an arrow all the time.

Ah HA! A genuine "fix" type suggestion.
Love it! I'll try turning on my trails when I get home from work.
Thanks Magnus!
Anyone have similar issues and can suggest a fix?
I recently (3 months ago) upgraded from a 15" monitor (square-ish) to a 19" Widescreen monitor.
I love the new monitor but after many, many years on a square monitor, I'm having a LOT of trouble adjusting, in terms of finding my mouse cursor while lots of powers are going off in mishes.
I have to push it all the way to one of the corners to find it, and even then it really takes some concentration to pinpoint its location and get it to the proper spot for clickage.
Never had this problem on the square-ish monitors, it was always right where I expected it to be when I needed it.
Can you change the cursor color in-game? If not, would a color change out-of-game persist in-game? If you can change color in-game, has anyone discovered thru trial-and-error the ideal color for standing out against a mess of powers going off?
I know this sounds trivial but it's really disrupting my play.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
