I like some of the ideas but I am not a fan of fire ball builds, just don't fit my concept.

How about lightning? You can go with Mu and the build won't change much.

But I'm assuming the concept is more about the Dark and less about you disliking fireballs.

How was the leveling process? Slow? Did you slot set bonuses early or wait until 50? When did you start using IOs? How did you slot as you leveled?

So I dumped confront and shadowmaul and picked up spring attack for another PBAoE power, works out really well. Anyone have any experience with burnout?

What kind of damage are you getting out of Spring Attack?

As for Burnout, the only use I could see for it would be to run OWTS back to back, otherwise for something DM/SD you don't really have all that many super long rech powers to make great use of it.

How much of a different would enhancement boosters make on a top end build? Say, having every useful enhancement at +5? I am thinking I might get that with the monthly allowance. After I buy Street Fighting of course.

Well about 50% of my enhancements are now at +5 and the difference isn't very noticeable. Soul Drain and Hasten recharge a little bit faster but my toggle's endurance consumption is only .02 less than before.

Right now at +10 targets from AAo and averaging 8 targets from SD against L54 Malta I'm doing around 200pts of damage to minions and about 160ish to LTs. I haven't notice against Bosses, but I'd gather its probably close to 100/110ish. Not a fan of the animation though, it lacks the oomph that shield charge has. Maybe if they added some camera shack that shield charge has I'd really love it.

Its pretty much the same as the one I posted, I just switch out Confront and Shadow Maul for Super Jump and Spring Attack. I'll post it up later today, I'm at work...

Instead of making a new thread, I thought maybe I could get some advice on my DM/SD build here since so much has already been discussed!

I would like to stay away from using purples or hami's or PVP IO's if possible, and I plan to use the spiritual RECH alpha (And probably the heal/regen incarnate as well?). I like the way it looks right now but I'm worried I may have missed something or slotted incorrectly somewhere. I'm open to changing epics or dropping touch of fear, but I don't want to have shadow maul for sure.

Slot shadow punch as an attack fo sho. Ditch Melt Armor because its not useful by any stretch of the imagination. Take some slots from health and slot them into Battle agility, Tru grit, and Weave to get some more mileage out of them. I'd also slot Tough with some resistance to make it a lot more useful that extra 12 to 15% resistance can make a large difference in survivability.

I'm considering using enhancement boosters to push the build more in a few places but is there anything anyone can see that I'm missing or don't need? I added the data chunk to the original post, any help is appreciated. After getting to the soft cap and top attack chain while hasten is up I went for +hp.

Apologies, but bump for something more recent! I'm rebuilding my DM/SD brute, and im looking for someone who is using something other than a legacy fitness build
