This is pretty much as close as they get. A five hour maintenance typically only happens when the servers are having a huge meltdown (which they're not), or an issue is launching (which is possible).

I just noticed this and am wondering why they didn't post it in the annoucements for the English/North American forums. Now, granted, my French isn't that great but it looks like the 'use your freespec' post. I am going to guess that I16 will be dropping on Tuesday based on this.
