The Carnival Scream
The background info is in the Know Your Adversary page: Carnival of Shadows.
Specifically the paragraph about Vanessa's playmate Rachel Morris.

"Chew Electric Death, Snarling Cur!"
Strangely, female ghosts also scream when defeat, but the male ones don't - I'm not sure the reason for that.

And as for the power and the info on the power in question:
Psychic Visage (Post Death Special, Point Blank Area of Effect) Foe -Endurance
A Psychic Visage has left the body of the fallen Carnie and has stolen some of your Endurance!

Because the Strongmen are animated soulless bodies
Am I the only one who likes to fight Carnies just to hear them scream?
Sometimes you get the bear; sometimes he get you, rips your head off, sucks out your eyes, pulls out your spleen, humps your leg and pees in your boots

First of all, she's talking about ghosts, not Carnies, and secondly, ALL Carnies, except for the Archvillians (Vanessa DeVore has her own version that adds -Recovery, extremely nasty) have Psychic Visage.
Okay, I have to ask for a source on this, because everything I've ever seen or experienced they were men who were "broken" by the mistresses and fitted with the helmets to keep them in check
edit: though there may be something I'm not remembering, or that i could have missed.

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.
This is why you do canon story arcs. They actually tell you what's going on in the game.
So every time I go up against the Carnie's and kill the females, they give out a scream and sometimes a white/blueish puddle appears below their feet right before they die. I do know that if you are standing too close to them that this white/blueish aura seems to suck some end out of you. I tried finding more info on this but was looking for more background on the screams and end sucking they give out before they die. I know there has to be a beginning story with this.
