Long term bugs which still need fixed
Does costume bugs count?
Been like this since I6.
Not very subtle either...
Lag hill on roman SF.
NPC in 1st mission of LRSF.
Minor?
Textual bugs (that I've /bugged ingame) on both Statesman's info (in IP) and the defendable object in the memorial on the CoH cape mission.
There are more - but those are the two that come to mind.
I can understand text errors being at the bottom of the list, but, hell, give me 3 hours editing the dev-created text and we'd get rid of a shedload of errors...
By my mohawk shall ye know me!

Ranged Mastermind minions running up to stand next to enemies. I simply cannot comprehend how this absurdly simple fix is entirely beyond the ability of anyone who has ever worked on City of Villains. And I was very specific about 'standing next to them' instead of 'trying to use their one melee attack', because I have Protector Bots doing it. Medics who had their melee attack taken away for just this reason want to go hug the ****ing enemy and aggro everything they can find in a mile radius as they do it.
It's only a tiny problem, but it has gone on SO long despite evidential dev knowledge of it that it has slowly, gradually, like tiny waves on my cliff of sanity, driven me so far beyond anger that I wouldn't even display any emotion as I go postal with a variety of power tools through the department of whoever I feel is responsible. The police would drag me away, covered in blood, with but the merest hint of a smile on my face which would remain up until the lethal injection finishes me off.
Chairman of the Charity of Pain; accepting donations of blood and guts.
Prophet of the Creamy Truth; "If it's empty, fill it with cream."
Odd, I never get that on my Thugs or Robotics. Now what -is- annoying is Grave Knights pretending to be Blasters unless you manually move them for every single spawn.
Oh the geometry in several zones.
Like Faultline. Got a building that is floating a few centimeters above the ground.
And in other zones you can find floating boxes and tress.
A mission(graveyard with a huge hole in the middle with all the graves) even got a huge boulder attached to a tiny tiny branch(on an elevated cliff to the south real hard not to miss).
...
Chat just remember that Chat took pictures of it!
Small things like this is annoying.
Don't mind the pink butt. It's one of them homosexuals
MM robots getting stuck, forcing all to have recall friend
Knockback --> foes stuck in cave walls on defeat-all mishs (Think we have a winner for "most annoying bug")
CoP
Several other map pointers pointing to 5 feet underground or even worse
SG portal in Grandville / Day Jobs
Ouroboros hospital / Day jobs
Shadows and black textures (for some) in Grindville
Chat bug, chat bug and chat bug(s)
Badge texts need an overhaul, since some are downright wrong
Out-of-body/twilight zone/rubberbanding
btw, wasn't the NPC hossie fixed in 1st mish LRSF?

I thought it would give us someplace to moan constructively

Ah... that particular rock is styrofoam. They ran out of regular rock rocks. The first time a stormie when through there she galed it into the tree where it was impaled on the branch.
My contribution to this thread is my shiny magic booster cloak seems to disappear at random (especially in the MA in both missions and lobby alike). The collar stays there like it should, but the rest is gone completely.
That doesn't seem particularly long term...

Ouch! Ok as somebody who could be conceivably branded a "Moaner" here I would say that I hope I have never just had a pointless rant. I've always tried to have at least a logical basis for my gripes and I've tried to articulate them as clearly as possible. Sure, I don't always pull my punches - as a customer when my supplier drops the ball I will let them know in no uncertain terms - but I hope when I do "moan" I try and get across what I feel is wrong and why I'm moaning.
Of course not everyone agrees with me - but then not everyone disagrees either. How we react to statements will often be based on our own personal feelings and I'm certainly not alone in thinking that Paragon Studios missed a big opportunity this week.
But for what it's worth my GF also tells me that my new meds have turned me into Mr Grumpy so at least I've got an excuse now

That wasn't a dig at you! Hell, I moan here all the time (well, the last few issues anyway). I just thought it'd be nice to moan about something that we could actually quantify (as in "THAT WORD HAS BEEN SPELLED WRONG FOR 8 ISSUES NOW!), rather than "Farming good. Farming bad. Farming Indifferent."

That belt vanished ages ago! Why?
Bugs that annoy me but I have no idea if they still persist:
[*]Deathsurge, when being fought, deciding to take everyone on a tour around Cap au Diable by... running away for no reason.
[*]Ghost of Scrapyard, when being fought, deciding to run away for no reason, showing everyone every part of Sharkhead Isle and then... running into the Arachnos Drones.
[*]When allies are listed as Bosses/EBs/Heroes/AVs and they have Pet Class HP/End.
[*]Malaise on the Mender Silos TF being spelt, and I quote, "Maliase".
[*]Operative Renault SF does not reward the temporary powers that it should do upon completion.
Just some that come to mind.

The protectorbots are annoying, either they rush into melee or they get stuck on seeker drones.

I suspect PRAF68's explanation, - that the code is just that rotten is true, for AI at least. Look, it seems there is NOTHING, up to and including outright nerfs and rollbacks to previous code, that devs won't do instead of fixing the AI. (MM pets recharge, and Old MoG for Paragon Protectors being most notable.) Which pretty much means that they downright fear touching it.
And ignitable pets bugs.
P.S. for non-software-engineering types, - almost every project has that part that everyone is afraid to touch, which is constantly scheduled for total rewrite "sometimes later," but almost never gets it. You do your best to avoid these situations, but they happen nonetheles. In other words, I'm not bashing the devs, far from it. I just think that the AI may be problematic to fix.

Because... Ahem... *clears throat*
It was considered a bug that you could access it in the first place.
True story.
It was supposed to be a NPC only part.
And that was the story about the missing belt. Now go to bed!
This would probably be better served in Tech, but I wanted to air it here as it's likely to be seen by more people.
There are some major long term doozies (yes, I know people will put in CoP and PvP in here. Yes, ha ha, you're hilarious. Well done. Win an internet cookie), but what about the minor ones which have been missed?
I'll get the ball rolling:
Mastermind Thugs, Arsonists: They say "I;m going to waste somethin' " - I don't think the English language allows the use of a semi-colon in place of an apostrophe, unless I'm missing some weird US punctuation rule?
The mission in the Wretch story arc that has had the wrong map pointer since it came into existence - I've only been bugging it since Issue 6...
Anything else that's long term, minor and bugging you?
