The Fun news is; NC will be replacing all characters with Psygon's City of Cute models 
Maybe Positron's idea of fun is telling us that we're getting a badge, that stuff will be coming soon and that was it.
Assuming he's a sadist and loves torturing players and board moderators, I could see that working...

Given what's coming out on July 14th, and given the devs have known about it for well over a year and that we've seen no tangible response, I'd say yes to that.

If I13 was going to be the MA, then they'd be working on other content for I14, which was then pushed back to I15

Chaos is also an engine of some sort, don't remember quite what. Think it was the physics engine in some game not long ago.
So more likely to mean they're doing an upgrade like when we got "ragdoll physics" added.
If I'm not totally mistaken I think it was part of Force Unleashed that made things destructible etc.

There was also The Chaos Engine, back in the 90's. Which obviously means City of Heroes is now going down the same steampunk route!

This is the 5 year anniversary isn't it? The one we expected would reveal the future plans that the triple sized team have been working on?
Surely that's what they've been doing cause I haven't actually seen much of a difference between the triple sized team and the 15 staff that gallantly held the game aloft for so long.
Hope I'm wrong here but If so they have a funny way of hinting about it, specially as a hint like that would encourage more people to actually view the "fun address " in the first place.
