tbh, i understand ppl have to work in office hours, i understand there are technical issues most ppl that just play the game cant understand beyond the "i cant play atm factor"but i think taking such a long downtime on a friday afternoon after a hard weeks work for us all makes u feel kinda upset. i am sure they do what ever it is possible but still...

I'd almost forgotten it was Friday! Thinking about it though, it's probably better that they resolve any major issues before the weekend if they can. Downtime on Saturday or Sunday really would get some complaints...
