Definitely adding my best wishes to this one - I petitioned for the first time ever today and GM_Darren responded within a few minutes (missing a bomb in a Rikti mission... or so I thought - I was standing right under it...)

Just wanted to wish all the GMs who deal with our many petitions and bug reports and general whines and rants in game a very merry xmas and great 2k9.
I guess those guys often get forgotten - and yet they have one of the toughest jobs in the game.
