I run a couple of other fora, and that doesn't look like an option although I'm using pretty basic apps.
Might be nice but personally I've no real imperative to change my title which I'm pretty pleased with

It's a PHP package. They've modified it such that it uses in-game authentication for forum membership. I should imagine they could arrange some other game-related titles be made available if they felt like it.

No you cant swap them, I like being Renowned, it's a much more humble title than the ones either side. I dont want to be in a Cartel, sounds too exclusive, and I dont want to be a Legend, I like my feet firmly planted on the ground. But being Renowned sounds fine to me

Especially as the 'Cartel' have areputation in my mind for generally 'belittling' those less experienced than them, I apolgise for those that genuinaly don't do this but the two notable exceptions I can think of both happen to be female funnily enough.
I can think of 4 people in the Forum Cartel and only one female. But I could be missing someone as I don't see titles too often. I'm lazy and recognise people from their Avi if I can rather than reading their name so don't look long

Well, as soon as I hit 10k posts, I started getting people belittling me, Alphane. They would tell me I had no life, and accuse me of joining up with all the other high posting characters to put down the 'lesser' posters. Baring in mind that I was the second poster to get Forum Cartel, that says a lot about the people making the claims. Actually, I have my own opinions and I'm as likely to agree with something you've said as I am of agreeing with something (for example) Standoff has said.
Point is, as soon as you start posting a lot, you get people such as yourself putting you down because of it. I (used to) post a lot. Get over it.

Dont know why and i cant seem to shake it off but iv always presumed high posters to be almost experts of the game. I know in some cases this aint true but im one of those shallow people where if i asked a question and two people answered it - one being say over 5k posts and another being his first - then i would automatically assume the one with over 5k posts would be correct regardless of the information.

Post count has always meany nothing and will always mean nothing.

Not always. Your post count gets reduced if something you posted gets deleted. So, you could actually have made more posts than your post count. And some people make posts which shouldn't be counted anyway (IBTL posts, for example) so their post count is higher than their real number of posts.
