He means if there are levels of titles, then it'll encourage people to spam, to increase their post count to get the title they want.
Personally, I can't see that being any different from the situation now.

Yes - remove all titles, post counts and registration dates - it makes it better for newer players, I think.

Out of sheer curiosity, is there anywhere that lists the forum titles?
They could put them into some sort of forum FAQ...Maybe one built right into the forums themselves...Now there's a good idea.

How come the US forums have WAY more customed forum titles than we do? I swear everyday i log onto there i see a new form of forum title.

I know we get special ones from OUR events but just be nice to have some kind of reward for OUR contribution to these boards too. Im sure i can think of quite a few for a couple of board members

There's this thing called the Sidekick System. Don't know if you've heard of it, but what it does is makes me one level under you. Very handy in situations where one player levels passed another player because they dont have a life.

Suggestion for the new forums (if they ever arrive).
Instead of having an arbitrarily assigned forum title. Have an option in your control panel that allows you to use any earned title.
So you would have a list of titles earned through post count, any special competition/event earned titles and could pick the one that suited your mood or how you see yourself.
((Suggested as I really don't want to become renowned when I hit the next post rank, I wish to remain Legend.))
