Okay, so a system that lets players the world over create their own missions and story arcs for people to play in and enjoy isn't massive?

Two new power sets, a new system of rewards for accomplishing tasks in game to unlock things, two new power sets for several ATs, powerset proliferation probably to come, more than likely global zone changes, a system for earning badges and extra things while offline, supergroup base enhancements...

If all that isn't massive, I kinda wonder what your idea of massive is.

It's totally redefining the game - the basic building blocks of the game - missions - are being made open source to the entire player base.

It has been said clearly, many many times, that the micro-payment packs will not include any extras that give players a competitive edge over others, they are purely additional eye-candy.

I sincerely hope there are lots more costumes in Issue:13 to be added to the costume creator for everyone, that is after all what we expect for our subscription for.
That said I don't begrudge additional goody packs on a conceptual theme for anyone who wants them, It just happens to be Cyborgs this time around.

The addition of a power included in the Super Booster I pack is going to have to be purely cosmetic/Roleplay orientated isn't it if NorCal hold true to their previous word.

Mother's Praetorian Alt is on the edge of Villain patrons, Pain Domination is going to have to be pretty freakin good to re-roll to be honest!.

... Animation wise, Powers wise, Specification-wise - I'm kinda hoping it is.

thinking about the day jobs some... I hope this involves opening up other buildings we can log out in. Like restaurants, cinemas, etc etc That would be cool

Perez would be ok if they'd just replace the blocks of tress with individual ones - although that might be a bit more demanding on some players systems, it'd make the zone easier to travel in.

So is pain a new set or a modified empathy? Seems villains are getting a new fotm pvp build.

The other elements of i13 seem great but I must admit to being a little underwhelmed. Do i remember correctly about "The coming storm!" and biggest issue ever rumors?

Offline rewards I am still unsure about. I dont really understand the motivation for this as I dont see it fixing anything nor adding anything that the players have being demanding? More it worries me as a new dynamic that could cause more strife than satisfaction. I do hope I am proved completely wrong though.

Mission creator sounds great to me. The fact the reward element has been seriously approached gives me confidence in this element.

Overall TF rewards being overhauled is really great news. But again I still feel this is more a QoL issue that should have been rectified a way back.

Shields are my favourite feature by far.

But ultimately I am underwhelmed. There are also other QoL issues that need addressing> team search interface is one I think should be a priority. Also again it feels that pvp is further undermined by the devs seeming ambivalence towards it. And poor crippled khelds are left to languish in psuedo epic misery while their villain counterparts shine in their truly epic glow.

Actually, would be nice to introduce a jinx or two with the release of Issue 13 so that players could experience a bit of bad luck. Like tripping, slipping, or get a door slammed in the face, stuff like that.

After all, we are talking about Issue 13 here ...

yep that'd be funny, could extend to rewards too, like always getting trap of the hunter: chance to sell for 5 gold recipes after an arduous tf... hold on a minute!
