No, and its speculation.
Whilst filling, one may miss the only genuine team invite available also with lower levels it can be a bit of a [censored] this if they were to only ever see fill pls requests by selfish [censored] who have only their own interests at heart. I personally think anyone solo in WW maybe good game to fill and one should start by asking the higher levels first no matter what.

To be honest guys, as said in the title, this was some advice for farmers, non farmers or anti farmers didn't have to look at it, and most certainly didn't have to reply with farm rants :]

Here here!!! They really don't need encouraging with those darn tells! Some of us don't farm and don't need more when we roll a low level alt.
Farmers also have the worst 'Details' in the game. (I should send that to be ahint on the loading screens!)

You know farming isn't exactly popular, especially on the forums; yet you make a thread encouraging it and are then SURPRISED that people are going to comment? 
Considering how EVERY SINGLE TIME a pro-farming thread is posted, it's rapidly loaded with people ranting and otherwise nay saying the entire concept, how could you possibly expect this one to go any better?

Just through observation last couple of days, have realised that level range 11-20 are the most willing to fill, usually a few replying within 15 seconds of asking :] So if you're looking for fillers via Search system, 11-20's probably your best bet
