I'll have Tim for a witness should you need it, (maybe not in a good way given his powers and very interesting watch 
), or theres Sean (Sha'dower) given he does talk to Ed and did lean a lab off of him for a while.
Otherwise any of them could go in the jurry.
If you still need jurors (I haven't counted how many offers are here) then I can offer a choice.
As long as it's all going to be done in the next few weeks as I may be net-less for a while next month.

Well I have one that could be part of the Jury, even though he may be a bit too heroic, assuming we want a nuetral jury members, I have another that will fit this though. So yep one here for jury duty.

Plus one of my ones could be a slight charecter witness too, just remembered one of mine have talked to him, plus saw him try to prevent a fight so could work.

Aye Tim as a witness would be good and we're still looking for Jurors, depends how quickly the Freak-out 2 topic is dealt with as to when it gets done.

I volunteer for jury duty, as I haven't been reading the second Freak-out thread and am genuinely objective. Would Hand of Battle work or would you prefer my own villain-in-rehab character, John 'Lord Defender' Price? I have a spattering of other chars I could use if neither of the aformentioned would work, including a Peacebringer if necessary.
I'm pretty sure Hand of Battle would be fine

To summarise all that!
A Jury for a criminal case is composed of 12 Heroes (Although may be less for this, to keep the flow smooth!)
One member off the jury is elected Foreperson, they are meant to keep people on topic, collect votes and talk to the Judge.
The judge will set the issues the Jury needs to think on, they should vote on each issue in turn.
When the jury meets after the evidence has been presented, they must reach total agreement on the verdict, each should put forward their views and then state their vote. A Juror may change their vote at any time.
Jurors should try to confer openly and honestly, changing an opinion or presenting a case should be encouraged if the person feels it is right.
It is wrong however, to stubbornly refuse to change an opinion, or to try force your opinion on others.
Jurors must make an informed decision, no coin tosses.
Any bad action as show above by the juror can have them charged, if everyone is reasonable, a true verdict is nearly always possible.
Jurors may request further information or help from the judge. This may not be granted depending on circumstance.
Tips to being a good juror.
Jurors should realise that both lawyers are biased, and are presenting arguments. Try not to decide on a verdict until all the facts are in as one side may sound very convincing, only for the other to destroy their arguments.
Jurors should not inspect the scene or discuss the case outside of court. Nor should they meet anyone involved in the case outside of court, nor receive any information from outside of court, if this is unavoidable, they should try their best to disregard it.
Hmm, maybe you should make a list of who's participating? Not everyone got a reply when they asked (Cough cough) and it'd make it easier to see how close it's getting to starting!
You know, this post has made me look at my list of roleplayed characters and made me question just how many of them are natural born American citizens. Answer: Not many!
Id offer Revenant Star for Jury service but hes already been part of the Freak Out event so hed probably be a bad choice. Instead I can offer the fruit loop that is Stygian Minx for jury duty if you need.

I get the feeling a temp SG may be made, Rhode Island Court maybe? Would take some stuffing with alts and spare chars, but could be done.
Edit: Actually, I have time free right now. I'll have a stab at something and then show you when you're free Mechano (or anyone else for that matter, creative input welcome!)
Well, I think Liz is SG-less right now, so that's fine by me. I can probably set up the SG (I think she's the right level, if not, it's an hour's work to get her there).

I would love to bring my firekin as a character witness as I've been on hunts with her to help Doc M (Joined a Xmas Winter Lord hunt and went into the sewers for the Lost Leaders badges).
Depending on when this is all happening of course as my working hours shift a lot.
