I heared about it ingame. I can't recall from where though, a contact or maybe a Security Chief? It was a couple of years ago.

I finally did a sewer trial with my SG last night. We didn't manage to complete it in time, but at least it was different. Not sure I want to do it again though.

Speaking of the Shadow Shard, a friend and I stumbled on the entrance last night, (yep, we didnt even know how to get there before this.) and we really loved it. A whole set of different monsters to fight, a few hours spent playing with the portals and the grav geysers, and some new stories to read.
Im very glad we found it.
