i dunno prehaps its because a game like this relys on team mechanics to make it fun for everyone no matter what level they are, you know meeting new people in a PUG, doing a few different missions...
have fun people...keep saving the world.

i know im not going to stop people PL...why would i want to its their choice afterall.
just making a personal statement about my view of how the game and how people play it have changed, and i dont think its for the better.
people might aswell buy there toons off of ebay and cut out the "grind" to 50 altogether

this is why i dont play the game anymore, advertising for PL on the forums, im just going to cancel my subscription and wait for champions.
Really what has happened to this game and its community!! whats wrong with finishing your current toon then playing the one you want to get next, you know by actually doing the hard (well not so hard anymore!) work yourself.
getting to 50 used to be an event now you have people that have been "playing" for a month with 5 50s with about 100 hrs playing time, that have only seen PI and one farming mission.

Plant/storm really kicks off when you have seeds of confusion >freezing rain>roots spam combo, works well up until you get tornado and lightning cloud.

I feel invulnerable unless fight psionics, the amount of defence i can get on top of my already highish resistances make invul one of the best tanker sets for large groups of foes, and when the poop hits the fan there's always the panic button.
saying that i hope we get elec tanks in I13

tyryed the 8.9 drivers but they are still a bit buggy, everything else runs fine though.

I can get a team on defiant when I build them but it is more a case of see who is about and make do with SKs and stuff. So you may be right but I would like to be in a populated area thanks.

gotta agree i seem to have to build teams now days, especially with my 40ish blaster not so much because no ones on just no ones intrested in doing missions, if it was possible to move to the US for a fee i would do it, just to have a change, im not going to log on till I13 and hopefully that will rekindle some of the love i used to have for this game..otherwise its a long wait till champions

i like it especially as i cant log on at the moment and for the foreseeable future

Cant get the game to run using these drivers is there a work around?

id personally take taunt on any tank, the same way i would take hasten on any toon or aim or build up on a blaster.
id do it because holding aggro is what a tank does best and taunt is a great (but not only) way of doing this.
tbh most tanks ive seen without taunt ive seen seem to have scranker builds, i can always tell how seriously someone takes there responsibility as a tank by the amount of offensive moves they have

iforgot about that, they did mention a couple of issues ago about 50s having a repeatable respec trial....which would be great for me as im a respecaholic and i usually use them all up and then end up back to where i started

Not sure of the actual %bonus recharge you need but its around 60% but then i have AM as im RAD, tbh there's no point gimping your build to gain the extra 5 or 10 seconds to get them perma you will have enough useful powers (perma tornado, lightning storm x2, freezing rain and spectral terror) and remember in PvP everyone will ignore them anyway and go straight for you.

*this is from a PvE point of view have never PvPd with stormy or illusion trollers

i love freaks, 30-40 they are a life saver.
if you don't want to do paper missions have that in your search window, i long ago stopped doing regular contact mishes of my own unless there is a badge involved or it is new content. Its just a personal choice, i don't usually have long to play and find +3 freaks good fast xp in even a poor team.
I suppose running teams like this may mean newer players missing out on some of the content.
