I probably missed a few more as well but i'm surprised I forgot one that's been talked about loads in this thread.
I only did the list so that people could see the potential for creativity. Not only do we have a stack of powerset combos but we have freedom to design our toons the way we want. All the important ingredients to a successful themem team

Echo mentioned that there MAY be team costumes in the future, but we don't flow that way. Dom team we played our own cossies, gives a bit more individual feel within a team environment.

..I may have to drop out of this team before it even starts. I have things planned on Monday's as far as I know. Which true-ly does suck. The only other night I would be free would be a Friday. Or perhaps a Thursday. Which would be unfair to change the day for one member. If I can pop along I will come. Thanks Drak and BM for answering questions already... and thanks Blindy for the powerset list as well. It never hurts to repeat that point, that only one of your two powersets needs to fit into the group theme. Consider this team, "theme casual". 
I agree with Drak, there's no such thing as too much Storm. I get excited to see so many people spontaneously looking at one of my all-time favourite powersets.
I'm also insanely pleased to see we might have a Kinetic in our midst too! Nothing makes slow debuffs seem slower!
For my own toon, I'm planning on an Ice/SS Tanker, since those are two powersets I love the look of but have never gotten to high levels before.
Oh yeah, as already mentioned, there are no uniform requirements or ideas at this point. I have nothing against them, but it's quite enjoyable to see what characters people invent and then find a uniform that fits... For example, the Dom team's unofficial uniform was based on one of Moondog's outfits, and the Trapper attire spawned spontaneously from 4-5 players turning up one night to find each other dressed in military camo.
I would also be up for spending Free Tailor tokens in favour of optional bi-monthly costume themes, nominated by team members... that might be fun.

Put me down more firmly for Illusion/Storm. I've got a pretty damn competent lockdown controller already with Heat, I may as well go for an all out Pet Wrangler as my second one...
And on the costume front, can I just point out that if we get one or more Cold Domination Defenders, then it won't matter one iota what costume you're wearing... Everyone will look the same.......
And as regards Lifeline, I DID kick him in the direction of this thread. But you know what he's like with boards. I think he's still leaning toward Ice/Dark though.

I'm definitely looking at ice/dark tankage and its good to see a couple of concepts/build I've already done are gonna be in the team (Ill/Storm and ice/kin ) so I get to see them from the outside this time.
I get the impression Li/Canine has some revenge plans with regards to a small amount of knockback I might have inflicted when he's tanked alongside me on two runs to 50....

(Thinking about it, I think maybe we should we restart the channel, after all. It seems less of a pain in the long run. My list is vast and the people on it, some of them don't log in for months at a time... Kinda ruins the clinical, secure nature of a pseudo-Team channel if some random friendly type wanders in to find us barking team orders about during a particularly hectic AV fight! We can give it a week or two, or however long it takes I12 to arrive, before making a final decision in any case.)

As long a one of your primary or secondary is ice or storm related you can pick whatever you like for the other. So you could make a fire/storm controller or a psi/ice blaster etc.
