My lvl 50 Fire/Kin is Kawaiii, Who I used to help lvl Blaster cat. And in return Tony (my friend) helped me with my tank... I'll happily help anyone else that is kind and polite about it too...
I don't pay anyone anything for in game services...
So lets stop the speculation.

Again can we get back on topic, Test run for tankie went well was in SC for 10 mins on Sat night, Energy stalkers still causing more grief than i'd like. Even with Res energies..
I have SO's slotted atm and they give about 20.3% res each
Need to look into getting the % higher and increasing my Max hp + regen.
Anyone that's up for badge hunting tonight get me in game on

I am sorry but i fail to believe you.I wouldnt post really but i have seen every alt of yours including your peacebringer being since level 1 in PI with Majkah and Blaster Cat which both are toons of well known pay to powerlevel company.And this is the reason why i fail to believe this.
Also imho you need to get out of sirens regarding PvP and try some real PvP if you want to improve your skill and learn how to PvP properly to your toons strengths.
Warburg and Arena.
Otherwise you will always have issues no matter what you play since a lot set combos dont flourish until late and you will always be in disadvantage compared to level 50's pvping in zones no matter what enhancements you got.

I asume you do know AS has a serious high portion of unresistable damage, added as far i know the 'critical' portion of the hide->attack is also unresistable (or at least the scrapper crit is).
Even my granite cant survive multiple hits from stalkers.

As for your advice regarding pvp, I happen to like Sirens, mainly because of the higher quantity of players compared to any of the other zones.

The point in me asking about the enhancements was not to make up for lack of skill, as I fair pretty well in pvp ty all the same! I just wanted to know what was possible...

You cant really say i havent helped you considering i have come on msn with you just to assist you with all your questions about your build when you asked.
The reply's are a consequence of what you post and the facts so dont blame anyone else.
If they are "well known" for taking payment for PL why the [censored] havent they been banned...this sort of [censored] spoils the game for ppl that actually like to lvl and find no other ******* has bothered actually playing the game, this usually ends up with a person at lvl 50 without a clue what they are doin, cant we start a name and shame on here or is that against the rules (oh and im still on my break for the forums but this has wound me up

Actually is not that equal.When someone pays to powerlevel first of all allows thrid parties to exploit CoX intellectual property and make money out of it.Second of all the player paying hands over the account to someonone else temporarily thus having not the slightest clue what goes on from 1-50 regarding powers etc etc.
At least when i (i put myself in this position since i pl as well after doing the normal way quite a few times) powerlevel some new PvP toon i get the feel of it at every chance i get even when farming.
Accolades have been changed in the latest test build. It now does not matter what level you earn them at.

Still equal, those who use the services may aswell be already very experienced with CoH. The only difference, when you do it, you keep the inf and recipes, they just get a high lvl char in return.

I have a more serious questions. Why someone who pay for PL would actually PLAY the game? If you want a ready toon, simply dont play an MMORPG.This is not going toward Donna, just generally my opinion.

Sorry for the idiotic question but can you clarify what this means exactly? I mean, is it like, an accolade I acquire at 50 will be there when i exemp down, to a certain level? Wow...that was some great english, well done me.
