I like marvel. I grew up with Spider-man and Batman (So yes... I like a bit of DC too 
). The 90's cartoons rawked. I love those two crazy guys. I just bought myself Ultimate spiderman graphic novel 7-8, Ultimate Marvel Team-up collection and to see if it's any good - The second CoH novel. Now I got some reading material for incase my broadband is delayed any longer. Still hoping for monday! Please let it be monday!

Not really, your in the game world, Nictus have to be in a shard or a Host or they die very rapidly. so sayeh the cannon.

It always is when what little ingame canon we have (and is obscured from most) conflicts with player ideas
It often requires some quick thinking and often a "ok, so I was wrong, I'm going to do it any way" 
(oh, for a slightly serious note... the first part in that is often needed for other players to feel not/less disgruntled about the second part)

No one ever tells Coile these things. Not that they have any real reason to, mind you. Maybe it comes up some day.
I think last time Coile was aware of Meadow and Sin'darin (sp?) was when Tempest folks met some Militia girls outside DA and Meadow went past / over / something. That was 2-3 weeks ago and then he got a chilly feeling in his innards. (Handled via tells.)

From a player point of veiw i know just want i want to come of there next meet up. But Wile me and Quilla and chatr away on the phone for ages about random things Jest n Pink just can't stay to long in each others company.. its bad for them.

Let what go? Are you under the impression that I'm having a go at somebody or something? I was merely pointing that out an unbound nictus must either bond, reside in a shadow cyst, or die... In about 30 seconds in fact.

I refuse to see this post tainted by our petty and unproductive arguments. I am willing to stand up and say im guilty of fuelling these rows, But im not the only one.
Perhaps I could suggest a new rule for this thread. Let people post what they want, recap what they want. If anybody (yes thats me as well) disagrees with what they have said say it in a PM. For once lets try and have a united front for role-playing on union. A community that others might want to join. Im sure you will all agree with me when I say, If I was new to the game and I read all this.. Id go to defiant.
When we are not rowing the Union role-play community gets on well and the GGOOC channel is often full of nice happy chit chat. That is what we should be aiming for? Perhaps you don't think somebodys plot will work or should be able to work. Perhaps somebody has made them self a god like Char. Instead of posting here just place your comments in a PM or simply not say anything at all?
In the almost two years I have been playing this game I have seen many plots. Some are so, in my opinion. Far out and well.. for want of a better word Game breaking that its just been silly.
BUT! the enthusiasm the player, players have put into there plots, stories has made up for that as its just been nice to see somebody enjoying them selves so much.
I am now saying to all who will lison that I will no longer post negative stuff, unless there is a debate or I am provoked. I do have a mod star in the GGOOC chat channel and its about time I started acting like one. If everybody else will just take two steps back, and take a breath. We can get past this im sure.
So thats it.. It may not be spelt right. The . , ? ! may not be in the right places but I hope my point is clear.
I know some of you will be reading this and thinking "well thats not me, I never made negative posts anyway" or "my god has it taken them this long to work this out" To those of you I simply say Thank you. I hope the rest of us can learn by your example.

Well said Ringy. Fully supported.
You can be at times less diplomatic than the situation might call for but you also have one hell of a backbone not only to stand up to defend that which requires defending but also for admitting mistakes and changing directions. That is never easy and for that you have my deep admiration. Have had for months, actually.

I'm throwing in an initiative. It's based on the feeling I got from reading Ringy's post.
I will go over this thread and read my messages. If I now regret posting it, or think that it was plain needless, or stupid, or provocative, or not contributing (including my posts concerning whether or not this thread is needed), then I will write down the message numbers. I will email the moderator and ask for them to be removed as I cannot do that myself.
