Claws/Invuln build.
Only really need 1 Dam Res in unstoppable as it stacks with your other toggles. might be an idea to put a taunt or 2 into invincibility as the more peeps around you, the more Def you have.
Also I question the resistances gained from the passives, even 3 slotted they give really quite crappy resistances, i can't remember figures, but I think somewhere around 15%, not really worth slotting more than the 1 slot you get when picking it. With my Invuln scrapper I think I picked Res NRG's but kept it at one slot and didn;'t take Res elements at all.
As for how 'squishy' you are, that's what Dull pain is for, and you need to get used to jumping into the mob and having them around you. It's the ranged stuff that will kill you.
Stealth is kinda rubbish for invuln, you should be moving fast to get into the middle of the mob, i suppose Stealth might help you do that, but the def it gives is pants. I find jumping into the mob works just as well.
Can't comment on the claws stuff at all though!

@Miss Chief
Seems a solid enough build to me.
This is the one I'm using for my main ( and yes, not slotting Shockwave is deliberate as it very rarely gets used, these days it tends to be only if Focus misses a Malta sapper and I need to keep it from getting a shot off )

I've had no problems so far, apart from the aforementioned Sappers dropping toggles (mainly unyielding as that leaves you open for all kinds of nasty stuns from their little buddies with the tazers)
The only thing you'll need to watch out for is Invincibility's taunt effect (which still isn't noted in-game for some crazy reason) if you're teaming and have no tanker / a real bad tanker who holds aggro like a chocolate teapot holds hot water. You might find yourself with a little too much attention from time to time, though with a cool head and sensible use of Dull Pain and green Insp's you'll be able to emerge as the victor with a huge grin. I know I do regularly

Took aid self there to take advantage of the massive survivability boost it gives, it always makes me gringe when I see invul builds with all 3 passives but no aid self...
And this is why I think it's a bad idea for people to make builds without any experience of actually playing the set (forgive me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure you haven't got a high level Claws Scrapper).
With 1xRecharge in each attack you can chain Strike, Slash, Focus and Eviscerate with a bit of Follow Up (which I see isn't there either - it does increase your DPS). Swipe, although better than pre-I7, still isn't that great a power at higher levels.
Not 6-slotting your main attacks is never a great idea, imo.

I feel as if I've have a strong attack chain going there; I've never been one to use Hasten too much, so I doubt one/two second gaps is going to bother me that much.
Are you sure you want to go with Laser Beam Eyes over Conserve Power? Claws/Invul is low-end use, but Focused Accuracy can sap it all, even with three endreds (ack, you only have the one...three is an almost must!); and in itself, LBE isn't the most awe-inspiring of powers.
With the redrecs in your main powers, even without hasten, you can work up a solid attack chain, as you say - so the extra power at 44, though nice, I don't see much use in.
Other than that, it's looking a lovely build (even if you did go for Follow Up ).
Do I want to go with Laser Beam Eyes?
Woman.
LASER BEAM EYES. :P
Point taken about Conserve Power, though; I'll likely get rid of the level 47 power and get it then, pulling slots from elsewhere.
I dunno, just...laser beam eyes. It's been something I've always wanted to do.
You need to play a Kheldian.
...Or a Rad Defender.
I know my infos from a claw/regen, but you may want to get focus earlier, since lvl 18 its being a bread and butter attack of mine, doing far more damage than the rest, and combined with follow up it does even more.
I took the 2nd and 3rd powers in claws first, then follow up next then focus and evicerate. With hasten its a cool combo. But then again, I have the end to use it. I had spin, but respec'd it out, but may takeit again in the 40's.
Personally, for a Claw / Invul I feel that Spin is as near as Focus for being one of those 'must have' powers.
Think about it, Invincibility's taunt effect draws mobs to you, which nicely boost Def and Acc, but do you really want all those mobs beating you round the head for too long?
Spin helps wiping out large groups of minions while you beat down a boss with shocking ease, just add it into your attack chain where ever you feel, and just fire it off when it recharges.
I also find it fairly handy for gathering and holding aggro when teaming without a tanker with a couple of buddies when they bring out their squishy toons (guess who gets to be the bad guys best buddy then) doubled up with the taunt effect all you need do is dive into the middle of a mob group, hit spin to get the initial aggro and then just do your thing as usual.
This all works well for me and my personal play-style, as always with advice YMMV
Shockwave and Eviscerate work in pretty much the same way when it comes to the multiple hit (either you hit everyone, or just the one), and imo, are not only higher damage, but faster recharge and more likely to hit.
I've respecced Spin out twice now.
Personally I don't like Shockwave, knocking mobs out of reach (and at the same time removing them from the Invinciblity buff area) just doesn't work for me, and I tend to use it for the rare occasions Focus misses as an opening attack on Sappers, or to create an escape route in the most dire of situations.
As I said however, thats just what works for me, everyone plays differently and uses their tools to suit their needs
Weeeeeeeell, I'm level 10 now and having a blast (highlight: standing in the middle of 16 Outcasts, frantically slashing and spinning everything I could get my hands on). Looks like this character will go the distance.
Anyway....I've been putting some thought into getting Weapon Mastery over Body Mastery. I'm not terribly fussed about being optimal - that's what respecs are for, after all - but I'm curious as to how the set performs. I understand not many people have actually taken it.
Hmmm... I guess I have nothing better to do this morning... *Goes to test to respec his scrap into weapon mastery*
OK, tested with spines scrapper, so comparing to spines powers.
Both do around the same damage (exploding is a bit higher), ½ of impale damage, 3/4 of lunge damage, slightly higher than throw spines or spine burst.
Shurinken has base recharge of 3-4 seconds, exploding is around 30 secs.
Both have same range, slightly lower than impale.

I've gotten up to level 12, and I tell you...I actually feel over-powered. Dive into a group, use Follow-Up and Spin....BAM. Awesomeness flows through me.
Just need to buy CoV again, and I can give my techno-ninja her proper costume.
Went with Weapon Mastery over Body Mastery because, to be honest, I only went with BM for the sake of Focused Accuracy. With three ToHit Buffs in both Follow-Up and Invincibility, I don't think accuracy will be an issue anyway, especially with the rate I'm attacking at.
Wouldn't be putting ToHit's in invincibility, the boost is pretty small AFAIK. Might want to consider taunts there instead.

The idea of putting taunts into Invincibility as a scrapper gives me the shivers. In my experience I tend to attract a lot of aggro on teams due to my spines attacks and I find I only survive through very careful use of insps, aid self, dull pain and unstoppable. The last thing I'd want to do in general team play is keep all the bad guys around me perma-taunted on me - if I found myself on a team short on buffs and heals I'd never survive Maybe for katana or broadsword scrappers with the extra defense buff it'd be a better option but if I was going to put extra slots in Invinc. on my scrapper it'd be tohits slotted, not taunt. Other inv scrappers experiences/opinions may be that taunts are fine of course.

Yeah, but thanks to the defence when there's a large mob around you they have a hard time hitting you anyway. As an Invuln scrapper I've found that once the mob has been thinned out is when you're likely to get hit more. usually, thanks to AoE and cone attacks in my BS primary the minions get 'arrested' first and then the bosses are left, and they hit hardest. The def I get is lower due to the lower mob size and they have a higher to-hit, that's when I need to use insps and Dull pain.

Have taken the medicine pool to get Aid Self, replaced Energy Torrent with Laser Beam Eyes, and changed my travel style to SS with 3 slotted CJ & Hurdle.
Probably a bit late as you have done your build, but maybe some food for thought there.

To me it looks fine, although I'm still unsure why I took Stealth beyond a "flavour" power.
My main concern, so far, is the resist and defense values; I wasn't expecting huge zomgimincredible numbers in anything other than smashing/lethal, but I don't have a great deal of experience with melee ATs beyond level 12 so I can't say just how "squishy" I'd be against Energy and so on.
Any help will be massively appreciated.
