The powers: Power Boost(Energy Manipulation for blasters and Primal Forces epic for trollers)and Power Build Up from the defender's epic and the Vanguard accolade are all VERY important power to have for those in the Holding Group, if possible try and fit them in your build with 3 rec rdx slotted, otherwise thanks for the attention

Is Electric Fence not wanted / banned?
Electric fence is not needed, because it's an immobilize and he isn't running anywhere afaik

well as usual, I'll be up in the air droppin decoys and if nobody else offers for the spot I'll gladly take leadin the PA upon me once more.

Wouldnt it be better to have 3 recharge rates and 3 tuants in it as Hammy has uber range. Any way Rock has 2 tuants so there.

Anyway. I can turn up with Nikta, rad/rad/dark defender or Chaplain, emp/energy/psy defender. (with telekinesis)

One minor point ... there's another ancillary for defenders that gives you 2 holds (the mind/psi one whatever it is called that gives you domination and tk) - wouldn't that be more effective? A conitually auto hit recycling hold and an additional ST hold over 2x effectiveness for (90 secs?) every (3 mins?)

I know it's a long time but since not many people that are willing to help are about in the forums, many people may have rolled alts to raid, many people may have problem in real life so they may need a long time to plan and attend the raid and the word will spread a lot hence more people coming to the Raid, increasing the chance of success

Have got that, can get Vanguard soon, just need Lost bosses one, didn't realise. That is, if I'm in the holding group if I get there in time.
I have the vanguard.
Just thinking...someone said on these boards (not so long ago I think) that domination will hold anything not matter what its mag resistance is. I have heard elsewhere that it just doubles the mag of the hold. Which is true?
If its the latter then all we would need is to get 1 dominator there and hami would be held. I know that this is currently not possible...just a thought for the future.
