Indeed.. we concluded that a large 10oz steak here, is 283 grams... In Holland, a medium is 250 and a large 300...
Plus, we probably pay more too!

Jed and myself are likely to go and see Silent Hill at the cinema on the Friday night, unsure exactly what time yet. If anybody wants to join us, you're more than welcome. 
It's getting very very hard to resist the original plan of driving to Bristol now...
Not for the meal obviously, but just because there's so many of you there...
This is one of those decisions that'll come right down to the wire for me... It'll be Friday evening when I make my mind up, and Saturday morning when I choose to act or not...
And that then leaves it a bit late to actually tell anyone I'm coming because you'll all be away from computers, as will I...
Simple answer! All have blue steak! Then they just wave it in the general direction of the cooker and slap it on the plate. Juicy, mmmm.
