Possible new zone in the future?

Before I begin, If someone already brought this up, ignore me

So this guy bought the Architect Edition of the game and was looking at the map that came with the box. He noticed that Steel Canyon has an extra piece thats part of the zone with the markings "City Rebuilding". This happens to be next to the constrcution zone in Steel.

I know I'm probally reaching here, but the area looks like a harbor that may be in the works. Like maybe to an underwater zone? Here is the data we collected that made me come to this conclusion.

Fact: The Devs messed around with underwater physics on some of the Cimerora maps.

Fact: The 5th mention Atlantis by name.

Like I said, I'm probally reaching but thought I'd share my thoughts.

Been that was for ummm 2 plus years i think?

Players decided it was more of a launch pad than anything since theres one building over on villains too. Will it ever get finished? Only the devs know

The new zone will be the moon zone. Players will travel to the moon and fight exciting new moon based enemies, and perhaps a few old favorites, like the Wailers. The Wailers will sing a jaunty tune that goes something like this:

"We're Wailers on the moon,
Our arms are like harpoons,
So let's get some souls,
For us to control,
While we sing our wailing tune."

Issue 16 made me feel like this.

I know the construction site has been there for awhile, but that map is fairly recent. It's an updated map for Architect Edition. Maybe it wasn't worth updating the map again after they scraped it, I guess.

The map you linked to is tagged as GvE

which was refers to the Good vs Evil version of the game that was released shortly after I7 I think.

So no the map is not recent at all.

Although speculation that it could lead to an underwater zone is, because previous speculation was a moonbase.

At least 4,

Then they did that survey back in March of 06 (which we were never told the results to...)

Still hoping for a moon zone. and an underwater zone.

Perhaps you're referring to the Gagarin Orbital Platform?

In addition to the in-game clues, Positron also mentioned it and the Armstrong Moon Base here on the forums.

No he's referring to the Orbital Space platform that appears mysteriously above the Earth. It's from that survey from August of last year.
