Is this TF just really hard or what?
Or does it just have a ton of missions and go on forever?
There are a few Rularuu kill-alls, and those can get a little difficult... Although for the most part, if you have a team that has some experience, it's pretty easy.
There are just a lot of kill-alls and several "simultaneous click" missions, which force you to clear out enemies around multiple glowies.
I think the lack of a Tank is really why we fell apart.
The Tanker on the team provides a point of security and survivability, so it's natural for a semi-conscious team to follow that Tanker, thereby sticking together and giving the team a certain amount of unity it would otherwise not have. Without that cornerstone, the different members of the team can tend to go in their own directions, causing one or two team mates to take on groups of enemies spawned for an 8-man team, and then die pretty quickly while wondering why their team wasn't there to back them up. I've found this to be especially true with pick up groups.
Also, as Drej has said, it didn't help that the kins were not kinning and the emp was not emping.

Given when we start Tanker Tuesdays (9pm) I wouldnt recommend it for that, but Im all for an ad-hoc all tanker Dr. Q. (FWIW, I average in the 4-5hr range for that TF).

Definitely the latter. A Blaster with Boost Range, Teleport and Recall Friend can cut that time down dramatically. Stealth helps too.

I want to give credit to the Emp, they did the absolute best job possible that they could've, since they didn't get my transfusion help from the kins. With the kins barely buffing the emp just couldn't keep up and that's where our problem lied.

A bunch of Pingus are currently running an Invincible Dr. Quaterfield. Well, not "currently" exactly. Started it late last night, got halfway and will be finishing it tonight.
The body count on both sides has been impressive. Not so much a "defeat all" approach as much as it's mostly been a "defeat any enemies you encounter" approach.

That is pretty whack. The last time I lead a Dr. Q with a PuG from BMT, we finished it in 3:47.
I would have quit after 5 hrs.
But there's no reason a PB with Dwarf form can't tank if you are willing to go a little slower maybe compared to the average tank led team and there were two scrappers for back up? Strange how sometimes teams just don't gel.
Ok, time for a new record if the OP is up for it - Katie TF in 10 hours and 1200 deaths? We need all squishies and as many Pingu's as possible

We've got the Uberdef along, so I don't think we'll actually challenge the number established in the OP, but we're definitely buoying the wakie market for the time being. Should be finished late tonight, so we'll screenie it then.

I'm impressed that everyone stuck with it, and no one ditched out.
I was on a Katie once that took 1:59..... mostly on the first mission, since Mary ended up flying all over the place, and we lost her for a long while.... team wipes were plentiful.
Only 5 or 6 of us ended up sticking around for the whole Katie TF, which I'm sure made it harder, but for the Dr. Q especially you need a bunch of people for the multi-glowie clicks, so I'm happy you guys stuck to it.

Here is the DR Q we ran pugstyle with two fire ems pvp spec (no fireball, RoF, or inferno), no kin, and a tank the fell asleep for two missions XD.

Someone said that they had taken a nap, eaten dinner, and walked the dog in the time it took us to finish. I did too, with the exception of walking the dog.
