Very true but when I started playing you would click on the green dot lets say Kings Row and it would lead you to the Villains exit. I was very confused on how to get out of Pocket D for a long time.

That bug, or a similar one, is still there. I click on the dot for Talos Island, and the beacon points me to the villain elevator. So if I heard someone in Pocket D asking how to get out, I'd probably direct them to the right elevator and hope they could figure out the rest on their own.

I've had that happen before, but after they asked, they would suddenly notice and laugh for missing it.

I'm finally glad that there are people on the forums that agree with me. Whenever I talk about this stuff in-game I get accused of being a troll.
Some humor,
The other day I was goofing around on my fire/psi dominator, and got a tell from a guy asking if I wanted to join "an awsem Pharm". Wasn't doing any TF's VG, SG and coalition was quiet. I decided that I could get some quick cash, tickets, drops or what ever while I waited for something to pop up.
So I said sure
Mind you I had doubts of how awesome this was going to be, but I was like what the hell if nothing else I can quit team. Their was three of us on team. but with in minutes he filled the team. (I think the group was spamming 50's and who ever got one to join the rest would join that team.) (Noobs in packs theory.)
The MA farm was in Cap... (strike one) could be strike two cause of the leet speak but gave a pass on that.
Well I looked at the team once I got into zone, the team pretty much consisted of
Lvl 22 MM (leader)
LVl 45 stone brute
Myself LVL 50 fire/psi dom
lvl 23 MM
lvl 22 soldier
lvl 25 corruptor
lvl 12 brute
lvl 13 brute
Now I started looking at vet badges, most averaged 6-9 months. The leader then handed me the start and had me pick a certain MA he liked or found easy for others to do. This was officially (strike two).
I was growinly annoyed with the impetuousness of this "kid". I picked the mission and got the contact like he wanted. He told me I needed to change my difficulty down. One I was not going to spend my infuence to convience this noob anymore. Plus I knew he wasn't going to get XP and thought it would be fun for him wasting my time.
Everyone entered the mission I went and cleared the first group pretty easily and then the second group... when the person putting together this awsem pharm was complaining he got exempted down to far and was getting "NO XPZ" and no one was I threw a SK his way and he declined and left mission.
I continued and got the third and forth spawn. He said we need to reform the team and I need to change my difficulty so they could get xp. (In otherwords I PL them.) I exited Put one star by their names PL'd noobs and quit team. He then asked me if I wanted back on team LOL.
Even if they were at the level to get XP being the only 50 on the team they would of had nothing to contribute to the team. If I want on a team that I do all the work on I will sign on my other three accounts and invite some of my friends to join on lowbies.

what is WL?
Winter Lord event. Huge amounts of XP to be had in a VERY short amount of time.
Original GM code had... issues.

Negaduck: I see you found the crumb. I knew you'd never notice the huge flag.
Winter Lords. Back during the first Holiday event, the Winter Lord giant monster, like all GMs back then, had a level and it's HPs were based on the level so it was much easier to kill WL in Atlas and Galaxy than Skyway and Steel for instance. Damage dealt by them and to them weren't scaled tothe player's level like today. They also gave HUGE XP relative to lower level characters.
So a party of very low level characters team up with one or two high level characters and it was a PL fest for low level characters. I was in one group, as the high level, and a lowbie leveled two more times on the way from near the PP gate where we were fighting to the trainer (no range limitation to XP from a team back then as well) and once more on the way back.

I was talking to a SoA the other day, lvl 50, and I faceplamed myself so hard, I think I got a brain tumor.
"Why don't you have your toggles?" I said.
"What toggles?"
"Your team toggles, you know, the maneuvers and assault"
"Oh, those don't help me, and they cost way to much."

I hear ya. Last night i decided to join a 52 AE farm in Atlas because it was late and no TF or stuff was going on... I figured i could make some quick tickets with that team until i started reviewing the team composition:
- A level 44 rad/rad defender with no Radiation Infection, no Enervating Field and no Lingering Radiation.
- A level 28 invul/ss tanker with no Unyielding.
- A level 20 BS/Shield scrapper with Jump Kick and Acrobatics.
- A level 33 Archery/Device blaster who kept complaining about RoA saying it sucked because he couldnt obliterate a pack of 52 bosses with it...
- Add other oddities i noticed but do not remember enough to type here...
Well, i said nothing, NOTHING at all. Im done being patient and polite with players that seem clueless ( even on Virtue which isnt looking like the Virtue server i remember ). I simply clicked Quit Team mid-mission. I was done with them.

.... Reminds me of the night I was on an MA team with a level 50 Fire/kin who would hit Smoke, then teleport herself into the middle of a huge mob of 52s - I am talking a pack of at least 20 level 52 NPCs. *INSTANT HORRIBLE DEATH!*
She did this repeatedly, then: "Man this build sucks!! I'm deleting this toon!"
It evidently never crossed her mind to adjust her strategy, or even consider that she was not doing it right - no, it was "this build sucks!!"
She did ask a friend on the team to review her build for her later, so maybe somehow later on he gave her a talking-to about how things are done. But honestly, the whole thing was so sad. That person honestly had no idea what to do with her character.
Its like turning a 12-year-old loose with the keys to a Lamborgini. Can that kid really drive that car?! I doubt it!
