I spent over a billion in a few hours , twice. Once when purpling my veat and the other when purpling my mind fire dom. I dropped about 800 mil yesterday pvpoing and purpling my psi/em blaster.
Duel me.
I will work on my sig pic more when I have time.
I managed to part ways with just over 500 million in about 30 minutes. Sadly, the build isn't done yet.

800 Million was spent purpling out my Fire/EM blaster and another 800 Million spent on my WP/EM tank. This was when there was a ample supply of purples on the market, now though those same builds are prob close to the 2 billion range, heck I sold a Heca DAM this weekend for 300 million. CRAZY!! If you're like me and have an old purpled out toon you don't play anymore now is the time to RESPEC and sell.
I spent 300 million by turning it into prestige. It's a pretty bad inf>prestige ratio but so is paying for the greed sets..
That levitating effect? No no. You didn't accidentally turn on Fly.
You just emptied your pocketbook faster than the planet's gravity well could compensate for.

It's been a while since I decked one out, but I think the most I spent was ~500-700M, on top of pulling a bunch of IOs out of my "stock". (At the time I was flipping LotGs and had probably a dozen, of which I appropriated some.) Was like ~1B total at the time.
Most I've spent in a short time was 200M to Smurphy to get a villain pacted to 39. My D/D def cost a bit over 1 billion over about 3 months to fully build. His "worth" if I were to respec and sell everything is probably double or triple that now (thanks MA!), so I have no idea how much it would cost to do the same kind of thing now.

1.5 Billion on my Fire/Mental to purp/IO him over the course of 1 afternoon. 5 Hecatomb 6 Apoc 6 Armageddon 6 Ragnarok 5 Coercive persuasion. 2 LoTG's, Numina proc, 2 sets of posi blast and 1 set of Obliteration. (Added when the set came out)
I have a feeling if I pulled everything out he'd be worth a bit more than 1.5 now
Still working on building my lowly 100 million into 10 times that amount.

I can't imagin how you people are purpling out your builds when a single set of armageddon is going for 900 million.
I just spent 1 billion this morning and only got 4 armageddon's and the pvp +3% def enh.
5 enhancements for 1 billion. that's gotta be a record.

I'm kitting out my favorite VEAT, now, and I do despise this trend. Golly, if only the market gougers weren't charging so much for them, I could buy them so much cheaper.

Heck I spent 200m on my fire/rad, she's STILL not done and none of her sets are purple, NONE.

200 million is enough for a real nice build, but it's true that's not much when you start pricing the higher demand purple sets.
Of course....expensive purples are an opportunity as well as an obstacle, you just need to flip your perspective around. =)

Most I've spent is about 700 million over a course of a few days, IOing my Fire/Psi (the Absolute Amazement set was about 200 million of that total). Of course less than a week after I finished it, the Dom changes went to test.

I spent 250 million influence as a fee to swap a billion influence to infamy. Once I got the infamy I added it to my collection and spent 3.3 billion on my SS/WP Brute.
I spent 340 million or so just this morning attempting to make my Bane suck a little less. I'm still not happy with the build. feels like a gimped stalker/brute thingy. I'm actually going to attempt a melee crab in its place. Wish me luck.

Bought mine last year some time, I think. Not sure what prices are like these days, but the over 3 weeks part of what I said above is important. Bid creeping and waiting on a handful of toons at the same time, and except when a lowball bid would fill, crafting my own IOs.

I did the same thing. Blew over 1.5 billion on my blaster. Put a +stealth in sprint too
So I went from 1.1 Billion infamy on my main toon to 22 million in just under a month.
My main is now fully kitted out though, 27 purple enhancements and every power has a good set in it, heck sprint even has a +stealth proc.
It feels good to finally "Pimp out" my main, but not having my massive nest egg is a bit weird.
So a question to you market peoples, whats the most influence you have spent in a short time. Seems like mine is about 1.5 billion in 3 weeks.
