Tested it and confirmed it just a bit ago - did the exact same damage with both Charged Bolt and Block of Ice on Test as I did on Live.
Ah well - I at least got copied over and set up.

Correct. Those two powers are supposed to be using Melee_Damage instead of Ranged_Damage, but that change did not take place. Fixed today, get tossed into a build Soon(tm) and reaches you guys shortly thereafter.

You know what's funny about this? A few months back I was upset and complaining loudly that they 'fixed' WH by reducing its range to 10 feet from a supposedly bugged 15. A lot of people here told me to be quiet and accept it.
Now it's back to where it should have been left. Go figure.

OMG...I can't wait for the changes that my Grav/NRG is going to get.
It currently is the character I spent the *most* influence/infamy on of any of my characters, but is still noticeably more gimp than many of my other 50s. For example, there are many things it just doesn't seem to have the dps overcome in end game. This will be a very refreshing change.

The ONLY part of the /Psi changes that should not be up is the changing of those two attacks listed from using the Ranged Damage mod, to the Melee damage mod.

What does this mean? Well, almost all of your attacks will be doing a *lot* more damage, between the overall dominator buff and the specific buffs to individual attacks. Power push in particular got a huge buff, going from dealing almost no damage to dealing more than power blast used to - it's now one of the better attacks in the set when you consider its high accuracy, KB, and quick animation. Whirling hands also got a notable buff, nearly doubling in radius. Most of the attacks got somewhat longer recharges in partial exchange for the damage boosts, but you ought to have enough individual attacks for this to not matter very much, although a respec may be in order to pick up things like power push which weren't really worth taking before. In general, /energy made out like an absolute bandit with these changes, easily the most improved dominator secondary.
Of course, these changes are still on test, and won't be coming live until issue 15 goes live, which is likely still a few weeks away.

Wow,
Those are some epic changes to Energy in my view. I look forward to trying them out on Live. All around the sets, it appears SNIPES are receiving a MASSIVE buff in terms of their damage. Has anyone here tried out the new snipes on Test? From a numbers standpoint, I'm willing to respec into one. I suspect that during a fight, I'd open with either my STH or AoE Control and follow up with a snipe to an annoying LT or Boss. It could potentially mean 2 annoying mobs dead/disabled in fist 6 seconds or so? Guess I won't know until Live. Anywho, thanks for the linky.

You could always try it out on Test. That's what it's there for and what all Dom players are encouraged to do.
If there's anything you want addressed, NOW is the time to try it out and bring up any issues you may have. Right now is when changes are most likely to be made. Once it goes Live, you'll have a much harder time getting anything changed.
Anyway, from just a little testing I did last night, I'm kinda liking it so far.
