8 MMs on a team?

I can do 3 Thugs Masterminds as long as I dont cast more than one Gang War. My problem is that either Comcast sucks or my router sucks. I'm monitoring packet loss once I get over 3 masterminds and 1 gang war. All 3 of my PCs can handle the graphics, thats for sure!

lol thies nothing funnier than 3 gang wars some zombies ninjas and robot and mercs running loose on a map i just zoom out and hope some1 heals ur pets cuz u have no idea whats what

I used to run with a regular 4 man MM team back in the day. I think most of the game you'll find very easy. On relentless, we squashed everything in our path.

If that team wants a challenge I would suggest running custom made AE mish's with it. You could set up a series of challenges on the larger Open Aired maps with the nastiest bosses and mobs you can think up...might be fun. Hmm maybe I'll do that...hmmm.

Madame Mindbender 50 Mind/Energy
Fly Agaric 50 Plant/Thorn
Nate Nitro 50 Fire/Psi

i once saw someone 6 boxing 6 clones of a thugs/dark mm with stacked leadership, it was insane, he did an AE farm mish but instead of bosses, he was farming AV's

Maybe not. Doesnt twilight grasp give pretty strong -regen? Multiply that by 8 and then add in the crazy thugs damage and a -resist proc in the appropriate powers (on all 8 masterminds) and it could be nasty on an AV.

Maybe, but he could have just gone out for a bite to eat while all those pets destroyed the opposition, came back, started the next fight, taken a nap, etc.

I've done a farm similar to this, maybe we're talking about the same one, the av's were just... squishie...

dunno how else to put it, we were on a heavy troller team w/ a tank, doing lvl 54 av's, everyone lol'd at first, but the creator of the mish was the leader and said watch this, we jumped in... didn't die

we completed the whole thing, not sure how the guy did it, but i suspect that after the hami farms are gone, this'll be the next fotm

I've done all custom AVs with my 6 Thug/Storms but it wasn't worth the time doing it. They gave about 3-4x the experience of bosses and took 10x as long to kill. I didn't try out many of the AVs made by the devs. I have heard many of those are more efficient.

That's nothing. There was a story and pitcure of some guy from WoW Who had enough boxes running at once for a full Raid.

As for the topic at hand. MM teams can be fun but not very efficient. Killing machines to be sure but somewhat chaotic.

As for the lag...Well This is why it was important to fix the Valentines day bug 2 years ago instead of stopping a few BP from moving around and just telling people to upgrade from Dial up...

I've done a few all-MM ITFs. Kind of chaotic, but really fun - though we ended up splitting up into a few sub-teams during the cave missions to ease the graphics lag and hallway-clogging.
