Can we call CoV CoH gone Rouge?

Emgro ain't goin' rouge. That much red doesn't suit his complexion, was thinking of going fuschia. Bit less of a hue, goes better with the green skin.
You're strictly Hero side then? Or will all your villains go Cerulean once that's an option?

Still, I remain fond of CoX. Co* is impossible to actually say, unless you say CoStar, and that sounds funny. So in general speech, it's either CoX (only around people who know exactly what I mean) or City of Heroes.

I think the Going Rouge is more gender flipping then alignment flipping or perhaps a transvestite of Justice?

i prefer CoB or City of Beaches.
it certainly explains 1/2 of the Villain story arcs and why a lot of Hero contacts refuse to give me their cell number, or even take my calls when i need to talk to them after i've finished all their tasks.
