Nice!
Agua Man lvl 48 Water/Electric Blaster
"To die hating NCSoft for shutting down City of Heroes, that was Freedom."
About bloody time! >_< Been expecting this to drop for like a week now.
Hopefully it will be on the U.S. test server by the time I get home from work, so I can try out that new backflip costume change emote!
RING THE DOOM BELL!!!
THE NEW ISSUE IS UPON US ON TEST!!!
In the Arena of Logic, I fight unarmed.
*eats 15 cookies to deal with anticipation*
That blue thing running around saying "Cookies are sometimes food" is Praetorian Cookie Monster!
Shoot on sight, please.
Oh, I see how it is!!!!
First the EU was all like:
"I no like zee game! It has nazis...take zem out, and den vee can talk!"
So then we removed the 5th Column to please the EU.
Now we decided nazis were awesome, and who's the first to get them??
The EU!!!
"Vee like zee nazis! Dey are cute und cuddly!"
Hypocrites.
So, wait, shouldn't we be getting a patch to live too, then? *confused*
It's not coming to live, it's coming to test. And if you launch the test client, it will start downloading a 103 MB patch.
My arcs are constantly shifting, just search for GadgetDon for the latest.
The world beware! I've started a blog

Nice... 14 is still a complete mess, and rather than fix that, they go into beta testing with 15. Apparently the devs have learned exactly zero from the Issue 14 debacle.
Shame on them.

15 is addressing some MA stuff. Who says they aren't fixing it? What else is a mess?

Or Issue 15 is following close on the heels of issue 14 because it contains many of the afore-mentioned fixes or else enhancements (like manually setting the level of your mission) that would render the fix moot anyway.

Forum complainers? Unfortunately they can't patch those.

My hair. I shaved it all off about two months ago but haven't cut it since. It's becoming a grey and brown mop again.
Pretty sure that the devs can't do anything about that, though.
Be well, people of CoH.

Actually, I was referring to the fact that usually Test's a patch ahead of Live, so if they're dropping a new Issue on Test, shouldn't the patch go Live?

So, what do you want them to fix that should delay all future development?
Broken mobs can and should be done in patches, and they should not tell us which ones they are fixing before hand. The search engine is being updated with Issue 15. Badges are being adjusted in Issue 15.
For the most part, the Architect is working fine for me. Obviously, your mileage varies.
If you are talking about the PR mess, why should that have any effect on game development at all? Public Relations is Public Relations. You don't need to stop working on other things in order to do public relations.
New story arcs coming soon (ARC IDs will be aded when I finish the arc):
So, you want to join the Hellions? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
Sparks & Steel (level 5-20 Heroic arc)
and
So you want to join the Skulls? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)

I bet Sexy Jay could do something with the texture maps...if you're willing to let him.

Let's see...
For a start:
Lag all over the place, that was never there before.
Memory leaks.
Teams having people zone into different instances of the same mission.
Crashing the entire client to desktop when exiting the final mission of a TF.
I'm going to avoid getting into the whole MA "exploit" mess and the badge issue.
Issue 14 is about the best example of poor planning I have ever seen.
Every dev should be forced to have a sign on their desk that says "Prior Planning Prevents Piss-Poor Performance" and recite that to themselves a hundred times a day at least.
If it goes to Test today, I hope somebody posts pics of the new costume bits and faces.

No lag for me except on the hill in the ITF as usual. (No, that won't EVER be fixed until they remake the entire map.)
No memory leaks.
Haven't experienced the teammates in different instances yet, but I don't team a lot.
The last time I crashed out of CHVR was before my last break. I defragged afterward, rebooted, haven't crashed since.
Might want to check your rig.
Be well, people of CoH.
I found this on the EU boards!! let the DOOOOOOOM Commence!
