I dunno what I did to my leg last week. My knee isn't in terrible pain but my whole leg feels tight and there's a slight push under the cap.

I'm not sure what I did to my leg. It's not horribly painful like they say tearing a tendon or cartilage, but it does have a stiff feeling and the muscles in my thigh sure do crap up after a few hours of walking.

Knees sure are fun, aren't they? I had to quit playing hockey when mine got to the point where I was in more or less constant pain, and could barely walk (I could skate, but not walk. Go figure). It was several years before something approximating normalcy returned, and my right kneecap still pops loose given sufficient provocation, which is a frightening and painful experience.

Just watched Forrest Gump for the first time, admittedly while me and my sister were having a few drinks. Damn good film, but depressing as hell.
Those that I have known with knee problems, something sounds like fluid build up in the joint. If that is it, it still ain't fun but just needs to be drained. Not much of a 'operation' but still invasive and painful as all hell.
I am taking my sig to MWO and MWT. Let them wonder what it means.

I have been trying to stretch my leg though gently. Doing some basic sitting down and reaching forwards and what not. Only stuff I know from basic PE classes back in HS
Does it hurt when straightened or bent Stryph? Also take ibuprofen to decrease any inflammation in the knee itself. Ice it, elevate and rest.

FG is not horrible. It has some great acting and many parts are very funny. Agree that it is very over-hyped. I like the part where he's talking about Bubba-Gump and how he's a multi-millionare and the one lady leaves laughing and he shows a picture of him and Lt. Dan on the cover of Fortune. Or when Bubba is reciting all the possible crab dishes. Good, funny stuff.
