Occasionally someone can have most, or almost all of one particular piece of salvage, but it doesn't last long at all. It can't, because it's a BLIND MARKET. You don't know who you're paying, who you're receiving from, or how much they're asking for.
You want to find the items at a set price? Go fight for them. Fight enemies, and you'll get the items sooner or later.
But what's that? You say you're looking for the Rare salvage? Maybe it's priced so high because it's RARE.
