Well aware, actually. But seeing as how unlike almost any other message board, there are no obnoxious images or long signatures I honestly couldn't see why anyone would disable them.

Because some people are on dialup, and the less that is downloaded in general, the faster it happens.

Also, because (honestly) some people's signatures are... well... stupid. And not seeing them is nice.

Finally, because some people don't like seeing the same text over and over again. It weirds them out.

I happen to have signatures on, but it's occurred to me a few times that I might like to consider turning them off, for various and sundry reasons. Or people.

I might have said "braggy" instead of "stupid". but same difference.

Also, I find the signature-to-message ratio is sometimes horribly skewed, which I think drastically slows the ability to read thru threads. YMMV.

(If I haven't gotten down to your arc yet, I'm working on them with a brand new MA-only villain. So either I'm skipping a heroic arc, or I don't want to SK up too high and fight Rikti till I get more levels, or I'm just slow.)

Hrm. Sounds like there might be a problem, then. When I logged in today and got your feedback, progress on the badge hadn't budged from where it was.

Confusing the issue is that I logged back in to double check, and spotted that I got two new votes on Time Bandits (no feedback, though), as well two more playthroughs. So either those two votes were drive-by fivings, and the Author badges lag badly, or the tracker is outright missing playthroughs.

(Incidentally, I did clean up that clue a bit.)

Thought I would jump on this bandwagon as to nobody except for a few friends has played my arc. I have tried a few of the listed so far and have had a welcome change to all the farming missions. I don't need to have a 50 in a day. So with that...try out #142095. Hopefully I fixed the bugs. All ideas for changes or praise (of course) are welcome.

I grabbed all the arcs, from posts and signatures, no matter what people were actually saying for play, on the theory that we were pretty much playing everything.

Titles or Arc #s are missing for people who just gave one or the other but not both. Not my fault!

Compilation errors are mine, all mine! (Although it was mostly copy/paste.) Reporting errors belong to the reporters. Repairs gratefully accepted.

I should think it'd be hard for anyone to do rates for everyone. Do them for who you can, and we'll leave the list alone.

If nothing else, this list means we can always go back and, by preference, give plays to people who are actively working on badges, if we don't have friends and SG members we're helping out. With the sheer number of arcs in the AE, we desperately need SOME way of weeding through the available content (and lack thereof); this is as good a way as any.

Nobody says we have to do these plays rapidly, after all. Take your time, no pressure, and you'll get to them when you get to them. Don't worry about it.

And hey, I don't even have an arc yet. I've only got a .. well. Farm mission that I don't publish, really, that I'm slowly turning into an actual story.

Agreed. I've been running for pretty much anyone who asks me, and that's enough to keep me busy.
If badgers aren't a subculture, we're at least a community. I'll do your arcs before some random stranger's.

I can't believe I did this! I was originally just going to go for all the non-publishing badges, but before I knew it one morning I was lured into the editor and had my first draft in an hour with no tutorials... polished a bit over the last week and here it is, the evil twin mini-arc I always wanted:

Arc 144661: Storming the Palace
Morality: Neutral
Length: Long (4 missions)

The only real lack is not having an actual Storm Palace outdoor instance for the final mission. Hope y'all enjoy my journeyman effort -- looking forward to playing and rating yours!

Fire Imps: Summon Fire Imps will now spawn one Imp. The Imp melee attack was never intended to do damage, and has been replaced with emotes. Your summoned Imp will now alternate between /em teabag, /em backflip, and /em getsome.

Yeah, put mine back in; my preferred arc is completely nonfunctioning as soon as the test patch goes live (they remove all instance of Fire Imps, even if noncombatant)

so 112023 works, I guess, now. I hadn't had an alternative back then.

I have left comments for all I have done, but my global name is different than this so if you see Arctic Zero that would be me. I'm thinking of changing my global but I never rememeber.
