if you can make a PvP build without RTTC. MAke sure you have the Tier 9, and taunt. You should do DECENT on the WP. Appearntly invul/ is godly on tanks now, but i have yet to see one ever. Or any one even playing a invul... 
Invuln is not as good as wp, fire or ice for PvP now.

My experience has put Invuln ahead of WP in PvP.
They're both lol in my experience. Just big bags of HP with good resistance to S/L damage, and that's it.
Ice and fire is there it's at. Ice for OP elusivity, fire for healing flames (probably with phase).
Shield will pwn your face.
I heard up MM's into the tram, saturate AAO and shield charge them all to death.

Well you should bc Ice shield is excellent in PvP. I have a lvl 50 Invun/Stone, and though I was god in Pre-ED days, ICE is still #1.

There is a hot invul build that reaches the defense cap with 1 enemy in range. Problem is you only have room for about 3-4 attacks and have to six slot taunt.
Rage (instead of buildup) is a big accuracy boost for an extended period of time that is why sstrength hits more. Hurl boulder also gives you a heavy ranged PvP attack.
Think about Flurry.
