Ive been haing this issue since yesterday. I can connect to my wireless router with no problems, but the internet dos not work on IE7 or FireFox. In safe mode, I can connect to the same router wirelessly, and can use the internet. In normal mode, I have full bars, I can ping and use aim. But if using the internet, yahoo messenger or Windows live, it says I am not connected. My trendmicro is up to date, and no viruses found. I cant do a system restore, bc the entry I have in there is corrupted. I tried using the Windows 7 repair utility on startup, and scanned the startup files, which were corrupted, but even after cleaning them up I am still having issues. Any help?

So I have been here since COH beta, but had to put my account on hold from time to time.

When I log onto my account ingame, my vet rewards say 57 months

When I log into the game, It says the following:

Total Paid Time: 5 Years, 4 Months

Veteran Rewards Time: 5 Years, 8 Months


So why do I only have the 57 month badge and not the 63?

Paladin here too, but once I go anywhere else, Im back to my name.

Anytime today when I log in to the forums, after I log in it tells me " Welcome Paladin" Then when I go anywhere, it then says my screen name " Welcome Generichero033" I tried it the same time and the same thing comes up. Is Paladin a new forum ID like novice or renowned and what not; or is this some forum acct glitch?

No one has a suggestion or tips?

About a week ago, I reformatted Windows and reinstalled Vista Home. The network; both the wireless and local was working fine until yesterday. I'm getting limited access on the ethernet card. 169 IP address. Cant renew. I tried, updating the driver which is: Marvell Yukon 88E8038 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller. That did nothing. I tried to reset the winsock, that did nothing. I tried disabling and enabling and uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, still nothing. I shut off the Microsoft live one care firewall, that did nothing. I downloaded a Yukon monitor tool, and it shows the cable and card to be working properly. There are no IRQ conflicts. The wireless card works fine and I'm using the internet fine. I tried the basics as well. Different cable, reset the router. Not a router issue, bc there are 4 other computers on the router wired, and they are fine. Please help.

So I finally have a lvl 50 stone tank and now I need to know how to properly IO him.

For the primary set, I have all stone powers except brimstone, crystal and minerals. I figure I'll be in granite form 99% of the time anyways. For my secondary, I have all but smite and ToF. I have the fitness pool, hasten, SS, tough and weave. And for the epic, I chose fire and I have 3 out of the four powers in there. I have to say, I love melt armor.
I would like a recommended build that would make me a true meat shield. So far the IOs I have are numinas in all heal based powers to give me the 12% regen bonus and analyze weakness for another 10% regen bonus. I also have Aegis for the 5% run speed bonus, but does that affect the speeds of Granite form?

I saw message tht said Unaffective, Could have had said Inaffective above his head everytime I used my power "taunt". I had to use my vet power like nem staff to get his attention. By that time, The kin SB'd me and instead of sticking the plan made as a team which was him to stay with me and keep SBing me he would go back to the tower and help destroy the tower, he would die and when I needed sb he was no where to be found. LR drained my end to zero and I would die, we tried doing this several times and when I see the kin not doing his job at the end, we disbanded.

We tried that, but I couldnt aggro LR.

Ok, so I tried running Statesman TF today. On my team(All lvl 50s) we have me: stone/dm/fire tank, an invun tank, arrow blaster, 2 scrappers, 1 kin def, 1 dark def and 1 rad. We plowed through all the AVs in all the missions with no problems. We get to LR and we fall apart. First the other tank gets DCd, He never returned, found out his acct was banned. Then, Im trying to taunt LR, but a message kept saying unaffective, I would attack, but he would only chase me until he killed the rest of the team bc they were destroying one of the towers. Then the kin would help the team more then sb me. So once sb wore off LR would catch up to me, drain all my end and i died, then team wipe. This went on for another hour until I quit the team. How the hell do you complete this TF?

I finally after 5 years of game play, I made and stuck with a stone tanker. Right now I am lvl 37. I skipped mud pots and brimstone armor, I have the fitness pool, and SJ. I slotted my granite with 3 slots of defense generic IOs and 3 with resistance generic IOs. Would it be wise to add on tough and weave? Just tough? And what epic should I take that works with /DM?

So for the longest time Ive wanted a stone tanker. The highest lvl I achieved was lvl 24 for a stone/em build. But was very unsatisfied with em. Dmg was low, mostly stuns and in my opinion a very boring build. So I just rolled out a stone/DM tanker. Im at lvl 14 right now and loving it. Im still a bit squishy, but with having a dm/regen scrapper, I know what to expect for the attacks. I was thinking of stone/SS, since I have a SS/WP Brute at 50. I love rage and the attacks. But didnt want to get SS purely for rage and the -bonuses for granite. My question is, how will granite form be with +dmg, to-hits when I use ( I forget the cone power to steal the npc's dmg. ) Will that actually work like rage? better? worse? I know unlike rage you can just hit a button and its on, but on the other hand, there is no crash like rage and I can use it with 9 npcs in its power range. Please let me know.

Plus I like the fact that I hve 1 heal power, a scare power, end power and a immob power as well with DM. Combine that with Granite, I think it would be cool.

For me, wih all the powers I use and need for resistance and AOE end attacks, the medicine pool is useless. Tried, didnt work for my build.

I cant advise you on your attacks, but I do have a lvl 50 elec/elec brute. Later on in your 40s, you will not need conserve power, PS slotted just right will all you need. However, you will not feel you resists are doing their jobs until Power surge. I didnt feel like I had a good build until lvl 44. /Electric is all resists with no defense. I added the fighting pool for the extra help.

So I bugged this yesterday and not sure if it is a current bug or not. I was runing wih my lvl 50 elec/elec brute. I had power surge on, and when it was dropping, I exited. When I re-appeared in CAP, my PS dropped, but my HP, END and toggles were up no problem. Also, later on, I died with power surge on, when I hit exit, I was dead on the floor with my PS still on. I was rezzed by a cor, with my hp/end at 100%, my PS thn drops and lose all my hp/end.

I just purchased the Asus X83V. Comes with 4GB of RAM 250 GB HDD, 6 USB ports, 1 E-SATA port, VGA and HDMI. For 650 bux it also has the 512MB GeForce 9300m GS card and dual core. The only thing I dislike about the laptop is the battery lide is only 3 hours. Would have liked a longer battery. There is a model just higher, with a slightly faster CPU and a 1GB video card, it was about 200 more, but I hated the color lol.

Highly doubtfull its an ISP issue. As I can connect to the internet and download the 1st 2 patches at 6.5Mbps. Its just tht 90 MB patch that I and others are having an issue with. It will goto 1KBps or not at all. Im going to agree that its the update server/the new update. Dont you find it odd that once I15 went live people are only now having an issue?

Agreed, I downloaded the 1st 2 patches at 6.6Mbps then the 90MB update was going at 1KB. I restarted the updater a few times fot it to hit 600KB.

update is fine, but the connection speed was at 1KB. I re-did it few times and now its about normal.

So, I logged on and after the 2.8GB download finishes at 6.5Mb per second, another 90MB popped up to download. Now Im downloading t 1.5kb ps. Anything going on tonight, anyone else notice this?

I just purchased a new laptop and in the process of downloading COH client. My old PC is a AMD 2800+ with 1 GB of RAM on XP pro SP2. with a 256 MB nvidea card.

My new laptop has the following and want to know how good it will be for COx:
