Question about Vet badges

So I have been here since COH beta, but had to put my account on hold from time to time.

When I log onto my account ingame, my vet rewards say 57 months

When I log into the game, It says the following:

Total Paid Time: 5 Years, 4 Months

Veteran Rewards Time: 5 Years, 8 Months


So why do I only have the 57 month badge and not the 63?

You pay in advance, and the Veteran Rewards time is also added in advance.

You wont earn the badges in-game until that time actually passes.

If you log into your PlayNC account and select your game account, it should give you exact dates of when you will be awarded each badge.

If you feel the dates are not correct, or the date has passed and you were not awarded a badge, then contact support.

Also by putting the account on hold that can also stop the Vet clock. The Vet clock goes by active subscription time, shut the account down and return and the clock resumes where it was.

You are not alone on this one generic. I haven't stopped paying for the past 2 years and vets had been on a schedule of december, march, june,september, december. This year it decided to change it up a little bit with december, march, july, november. I didn't notice the july one but it felt off. Then with the october one being late i looked a little closer.
I would suggest you file a support ticket if your getting a messed up time table now.

And if the vet award schedule still doesn't make any sense, go and cut and past/take a screenshot of your account page BLACK OUT ANYTHING SENSITIVE, and post it here and we can take a look for you.

Once you know how to look at things, it's pretty easy to interpret.

I was referring to the OP, but you are absolutely correct in that your account is time traveling and will need CS to straighten that craziness out.
