You should be fine.
Make sure you update to SP2 and update your graphics driver. It helps with a bug that you may see a lot otherwise.
Also, get a laptop cooling unit (the type you place under the laptop) if possible.
Looks like the Asus I recently bought and I tell ya, CoH runs fantastic on it, even under SP1. Only thing I found was to make sure to run CoH as Admin to correct a few crashes I had.

I just purchased a new laptop and in the process of downloading COH client. My old PC is a AMD 2800+ with 1 GB of RAM on XP pro SP2. with a 256 MB nvidea card.
My new laptop has the following and want to know how good it will be for COx:
Model: ASUS
Intel Centrino dual core at 2.0 GHz
4GB of RAM
250 GB HDD
nVidea 9300m GS at 512MB
Vista home premium 64 bit.
