Funny you should ask... a while back a lot of us rolled up "alts" of our signature characters on Liberty, as part of the Envisionaries, Dark Envisionaries, and Revisionaries groups, for this very purpose.
Not sure who's in charge of it now, BUT... I would think anyone who frequents the art forum (either as an artist or an art collector) would be welcome.

Thunder is good, thunder is impressive, but lightning does the work.
Sig-lined. Though, I'm almost always on an alt these days, except on those brief sporadic moments where I feel the need to remodel the Rikti War Zone, and plow through missions (or area spawns and Assault Suits) on Nanao.
But, if you see iClawed running around Virtue doing... whatever it is that crazy girl gets into, that's me.
Also easily noticeable as Thermal Kinetic, and Captain Empulse. 
But, then, I'm a rare poster, and usually just slide through threads to make an innuendo or give a high-paw to the artist.

I actually moved my main from Pinnacle to Liberty for the Envisionaries and have made that my new home. You can find me there on Wrecking Gear (villain), Frosty Femme, American Dreamgirl, King Street, Night Sting (villain) or Lauriana Deepbane.

Freedom was my home, but I relocated to Liberty when The Envisionaries was created.

On Liberty, I played the WS version of Thornster up to 31 but have left him alone quite a bit since then. But I did (and do play) my Brute, Maiden of the Pit as part of the Dark Envisionnairies.
I originally hail from Justice where most my toons still are and where I spend most of my time, but I do have lvl 30s on Freedom and Infinity .

My forum namesaske is... recreated a few times, but primarily is on Pinnacle. Also on Liberty, Victory, Guardian, and villainside on Virtue.
PinUp and Masked Shrike are on Virtue, as are a number of alts. Scarlet Specter and Ms. Afterburner are still over on Victory, my starting server. I do have a couple alts on Protector, Liberty and Pinnacle.
I've only met a few Art forumites in-game, but it's always cool to do so.

Hm...seems like everyone's mostly all over the place, with the bulk being in the Envisionaries trifecta. Maybe we could have an in-game Art Forumite "meet and greet" type of thing in Test sometime (or something).

I play on Justice.
Thor's Assassin plays on Justice. Let's see, other Arts section folks who also play on Justice...Abraxxus, Kersed, Battlewrath used to...there are others, but I forget.
I'm more of a lurker here, but I am primarily heroes on Virtue, villains on Infinity...my "first home" is Justice though, and my namesake is still there. I have heroes on every server though, and villains on most. :x

I believe when we formed the Envisionaries...like a year ago (wow really? we are old yo) we discovered a large majority of the Art Whores and Artist were from Justice.
I know I am, and Kat listed several others.
And actually, now that Mr. Awesome is finally level 50 on Justice maybe i should work on my Envisionaries Mr. Awesome because...well why not?
Oh but if i'm not doing a special event (Hami Raid, ITF, etc) on Justice as Mr. Awesome with the Justice-Knights SG then you can find me on Virtue with the Paragonian Knights SG as Sound Guy.

More than one year ago in fact.
I've created the Envisionaries forum during March of 2007.
At this time, almost every artist and art collector was in the envisionaries, we made it to the 75 members cap in a week and created a subsidiary SG.
Brandon "Cyberlinx", artist from the old CoH comics was one also of us.

Hey folks...through my (mostly) lurking and (occasional) posting here, one question has always tugged at my mind...where the heck are these folks in-game? I've seen a couple of the signature characters on Virtue (Soul, one of TL's villains, and of course PinUp and Proud Citizen), but for the most part my only exposure to these characters is here on the boards. So I was just wondering when and where everyone plays; mostly just to satisfy my own curiosity, but hey, who knows....maybe someday we can put together the best darn looking TF the game's ever seen.
(For my part, I'm on Virtue, and typically play after 7 pm Eastern time. )
