I am SO glad that you're doing this. Cap Myotis on Protector was one of those folks affected by this, and I can't bear that he wasn't able to get the packs.

Heh, you should page Sophism, not me; I'm in Argentina, and Level Up Games doesn't reach me (different language and currency). The distributor for my country is Edusoft, and they don't even show the game in their site.

Finally, something is being made and thank you Lighthouse, im a everyday player on the Liberty server, and place several complaints about it on level up games here in Brazil, asking them to sell those packs good vs evil (pocket d), cyborg, wedding and others that will come but they only send me a nice answer (default). Well i could buy some add-ons but needed friends on the US to do it for me.
Good move...but you really should tell your partners "If you want to sell these things, you get exclusivity on those sales for your region, we won't sell them. But if you pass, we can sell them to the subscribers in your region." The partners still get their exclusivity if they choose to use it, but they're available to all your customers even when the partners don't bother.

I wondered about what exactly constitutes Latin America, too; I generally think of Latin America as the top of Mexico down to the southern tip of Argentina. Websters has a couple of different definitions.

Talk about South America, Ecuador and Chile are the two countries with no common border to Brazil.
On the subject at hand, thank you for that, and I'm eagerly waiting on when it will be working. Any ETA Lighthouse? On the other hand, as others pointed, Level Up Games is in Brazil, and AFAIK only deliver the games to the Brazilian market, so will this deal work only for us Brazilians or will it extend to everyone else on South America (on a side note, I don't even remember a Spanish option on the Level!Up site).

YES! I've just bought the GvE Item Pack from Level Up (finally ), and soon will be getting the Cyborg pack.

So Brazilians can buy the booster packs now. Whoop deee do. What about the rest of Latin America that don't speak Portuguese? Don't NCsoft care about us, too?
Friends of Latin America i´m really pissed of the situtation of level up games in Brazil, i opened a ticket as follows above and i ask you to do the same.

My name´s Eduardo and i´ve been a player of coh for over 3 years, i have 5 accounts (edujam, edujam1, edujam2, edujam3 and edujam4) i have also 2 aion accounts (edujam and edujam5) i really like the games and products but i have a complaint that bugs me for years.
Brazilian´s customers CAN´T buy packs or expansions , in this case going rogue, from NCsoft store cause it´s said that for us brazilians we need to buy from local retailer, in the case level up games.
The problem is level up games don´t sell packs or upgrades, after many complaints they start doing changes.

No science, no ninja not anything, and now no going rogue.
I´ve been doing things that i shouldn´t to buy those products like asking friends to buy to me or passing them my credit card number, but thats an absurd and i wont do it again.
If you don´t take a definite solution to this problem ill cancel my 5 accounts and 2 aion accounts, cause i can´t stand that no more.
Hope you keep doing the great job you always done but or exclude level up games from your retailer or sell both on ncsoft store and level up games

In Mid September we announced the addition of 2 new optional boosters: Cyborg and Jetpack. At the time, there was some understandable complaints from customers connecting to the game from Latin America, as the online PlayNC Store didn't allow purchases from that region.
I've been informed that our Sales Team, in response to these concerns, is working on making these, and other, optional purchases available via our partner in the region Level Up! Games. While they are not yet available from their store, we wanted to update those concerned with this issue that progress is being made. We anticipate more announcements to follow in October with details of how these optional addons can be obtained for that region.
