I logged in today and noticed that the "Eyes and Chest" option for Alpha aura is gone. Is this an intentional change?
*edit* Nevermind! The "Chest and Eyes" option reappeared after closed the window and talked to the tailor again.
*edit 2* Ok, the bug reappeared. I can't get the chest and eyes to show up. -
I think the lack of heals in /sonic prevents the Demons/Sonic combo from being "overpowered". And the tier 2 demon healing is not particularly reliable.
Robot/traps will probably still have toughest pets after /sonic comes out. -
Is it possible to get critical hits from Burn's initial burst of damage?
Will taking Provoke from the power pools prevent enemies from running?
I'm playing a MA/FA scrapper, but I've never seen a critical hit from Burn even when I use it after Eagle Claw for the crit chance boost. -
It's kinda dumb to judge an entire powerset by looking at just the last two powers. Some sets are late bloomers like Kinetics. Other sets get their useful powers earlier. For example, compare the first five Kinetic powers to the first five powers of Traps or Sonic Resonance.

Another South American player posting in protest of NCSoft store's South America ban. Seriously, this is stupid. Why don't you want to take our money?
-
Posting to remind everyone that South Americans are still unable to purchase booster packs. The only booster pack I've been able to purchase was the Magic pack because it was included in the Architect version of CoH on Steam.
-
Many years ago, NCSoft sold the rights to CoH to Levelup Games, a BRAZILIAN company. This means that the NCsoft store locks out South Americans because we're supposed to be purchasing booster packs from Levelupgames. Unfortunately, Levelupgames is does NOT sell booster packs.
South Americans have never been able to purchase booster packs. Please remove the region lock on booster packs in the NCsoft store, please. Levelupgames is obviously not interested in carrying them.
Thank you. -
Calm down, you guys. If you're seen how Guild Wars implemented the ingame store, you wouldn't complain. Basically, a little icon appears in the corner of the character select screen that showcases an item from the store.
And putting the booster packs in the ingame store would allow South Americans like me to purchase them. NCsoft's website does not allow South Americans to buy CoX-related items. -
If any of you played Guild Wars, you'd know that it has a very attractive ingame store that sells expansion packs, costume upgrades, and other goodies. The CoX in-game store is kinda awful in comparison. Why not put the booster packs in the store, and post little popup ads in the corner of the character select screen that alerts the user to the existence of booster packs and other stuff. For example, if an account doesn't have the mutant pack, a little ad would appear in the character select screen that explains some of the features of the mutant pack. Clicking on the ad would take you to an ingame store page that has pictures of the costume parts.

Another South American here. I had to ask my brother in USA to buy a boxed copy of Going Rogue because I couldn't buy it online.
Does NCsoft know that only 50% of South America speak Portuguese? The other half of South America have trouble using Levelup because it's in freaking Portuguese! Why did NCsoft sell the ENTIRE South America continent to a Brazilian company? Levelup Games doesn't even sell booster packs!
NCsoft should only IP ban Brazilian IP addresses and leave the rest of South America alone. -
So Brazilians can buy the booster packs now. Whoop deee do. What about the rest of Latin America that don't speak Portuguese? Don't NCsoft care about us, too?

*Runs up to hug Statesman, but then remembers that Statesman thinks REGEN IS MORE POWERFUL THAN INVULN AS A SCRAPPER SECONDARY.*
*sadly shakes head instead* -
Perhaps BOTH are Kheldians. We still don't know what powers the Epic AT is supposed to have, other than that it does a little bit of everything. Perhaps there are offensive and defensive class Kheldians.

Are the Archvillains kicking your ***? If so, then they ARE working as planned.
I love AVs because they are a challenge. Apparently, I am not the only person to think so because everytime I broadcast a "I need help with an Archvillain!" request, i get several responses from heroes eager to help out.
